少し前に、思い付きでTwitterでこんなことを聞いてみた。
"今年の夏は週一で新曲リリース、どう？"
冗談混じりの質問に、「楽しみ！」という沢山の喜びのメッセージをいただいた。
ボクのオンガクを夏に聴きたいというその思いが、とても嬉しかった。
幼い頃、何気なく思い付いた遊びが楽しかったことをふと思い出す。
どこまでもゴールを決めずに自転車を漕いだり、怪我など気にせず急な坂道をスケボーで下ったり。
そこには何の約束もなかったが、今を楽しむ心意気だけは、誰にも負けていなかったに違いない。
楽しむことが憚れるこのご時世、夏くらいはボクの思い付きにベットして、もう一度ココロから楽しむことを思い出そう。
約束の無い輝かしい夏は、もうすぐそこまで来ているのだから。

Hiraidai has been releasing a continuous release once in 3 weeks with the theme “Sunday Goods” from this March.

In addition, 7 weeks consecutive release series with the theme “Sunday Goods -Special Summer Edition-” will be starting from July to August.

The first song in Sunday Goods -Special Summer Edition “Chiisana okano kino shitade”(2021 consecutive release series’ sixth release) will be releasing on July 11th (Sunday).
This song is a love song with the story from an encounter of “him” and “her” till the end of their time.

A while ago, I've tweeted a question asking,
“What do you think of an release once every week?”

I received a lot of messages of “pleasure” to the question with a bit of joking.

I was really happy that everyone wants to listen to my music in Summer.

I remember that I enjoyed the game I made when I was a kid.

Ride a bicycle without setting a goal, and go down a steep slope with a skateboard, not worry about getting hurt.

It had no-promise but I bet my spirit for enjoying ”now” was second to no one.

In this day and age, everyone is hesitant about enjoying.
Let’s bet my whim during only Summer, and remember to enjoy from your heart again.

I wish we had more pictures of us together Dad. I am trying so hard to find pictures of us two alone, but it is so rare as we didn’t have a camera back then. Found this picture of us taken during my graduation. I remember you not agreeing to the degree that I chose, but here you are, beaming as I completed my degree and decided to extend my postgraduate studies to which you were quite supportive of later.

I think that’s why Kakak and I are adamant about having annual family shoots done with our growing family every time mum and you would fly down to KL to visit your grandkids. Wish we had #moretomorrows to do that. =(

Strange how I write this caption as if you are able to read this. You were ALWAYS on your phone stalking people over Facebook and Twitter, and sharing random videos over our family group chat. (Most were quite inappropriate I must say LOL!)

It’s crazy to think that it has been 5 years since we lost you to lung cancer. Now there are innovative treatments available, that allow lung cancer patients to live up to 5 years upon diagnosis.

I didn’t get that extra 5 years with him. But for those of you out there who are battling lung cancer or know someone who’s battling it, know that there are effective treatments out there that can help you fight for #moretomorrows too.

To those of you who have lost a loved one to lung cancer, what would you have loved to do if you have #moretomorrows with them, too?

今日は鮭フレークを使ったお手軽チャーハンを作りました！これ、お手軽なのに想像以上に美味しく仕上がるのでめっちゃオススメ！
玉ねぎの甘みと鮭フレークの旨味、バターめんつゆ味が相性抜群で子供から大人まで大好きな味わい！
