當我家人朋友知道我要嫁給印度人之後，第一個反應是：咦？印度嫁娶好像是女家要給男家禮金的啊？！
大家請放心，其實印度有法例保障女方結婚不被「破產」（the Dowry Prohibition Act,1961），當然，無視法律的大有人在，我夫家便很好，沒有向我要求甚麼。（想我學hindi除外啦哈哈）
日本黃金週，比卡斯還在印度時就跟我說：Hey you got presents! 我以為是他親戚朋友送手信給我，回來後才知道，原來他爸媽托兒子帶結婚禮物給我，即是過大禮！
他們送我很多東西，包括利是、一枚銀戒子、用來貼額頭的寶石貼紙（bindi）、一支Henna彩繪、一大盒印度糖果、還有就是圖中這塊超大披肩。
你知嘛，印度衫多數色彩繽紛，我自己很少穿大紅大紫的，但這塊披肩真的超美！全金絲線製，上面有印度教的神像寓意保佑平安，十分高貴華麗！
因為他爸媽住在小村落，附近沒有賣這些，所以都是托比卡斯的堂妹薛巴在大城市買來的。薛巴對我們的婚事也非常興奮，猛問我已經開始shopping了沒有、婚禮上要穿怎樣的禮服哈哈！
下次再談薛巴這位有趣的印度西施！
