Conflict Resolution
Conflict resolution is not about winning a fight. It is not about the men always giving into women, or the other way. It is also not just between couples. It happens between friends, family and co-workers too.
Yet another big topic that #wonderandwellness are going to be discussing this week! Just a discussion on this topic between @jadeseah , Claire @the_positive_movement and myself, it took us almost close to an hour already! There's so many angles to this topic too. We are happy to have some opinions from the men too! We hope this week's sessions will be as objective and gender-unbiased as possible. Because that's always the best way to learn and share.
For tomorrow's BYO(Lunch), we still start of with the psychology explanation and insights of conflict resolution. And on Sat's PJ party, we will focus more on discussion and sharing. @deon.woo will also be joining the session, so we can both learn and share about our story, as well as learn from the session.
