This nabe set is serve with either dry noodle or rice. Love the Kimuchi broth (Kaisen Chinge Nabe Set) 🤤🤤🤤 Favorite. It's not too spicy and tasted yummy. The Yose Nabe Set is a soy based broth, not bad but still prefers the Kimuchi one. Unagi though, 4 slices is not enough 😭 it's so good, melts in your mouth kinda feeling. Am so full that I almost dozed off after sushi, thankfully still have space for ice cream. Chocolate ones today, YUNo matcha? Huhu still good regardless. Might wanna go back for the donburi next time. Looks so good.

😋Food is part of our friendship DNA! U.S.-Taiwan people-to-people ties have long thrived on our shared love of food and the fusion between our cuisines. AIT’s “scavenger hunt” food series introduces eateries around Taiwan that use U.S. ingredients.
Taiwan recently is totally blown away by CINNAMON ROLL! I bet you’ve tried one already!? Cinnamon rolls come into tons of creative variations in terms of dough type, cinnamon spices, topping options, light or heavy, sticky or non-sticky, you name it!
But the best American-style cinnamon rolls:
Are soft, fluffy and moist, never dry. Are satisfyingly chewy, as in bready and not cakey. Are sometimes gooey and somewhat sticky and caramelized on the bottom. Have plenty of swirls so you can slowly work your way to the center of the roll, which is the softest, sweetest and gooiest part of all! Drooling already….
Our favorite cinnamon roll is the one with pecans! The toasty, slight bitter pecan flavor goes perfectly well with buttery, sugary cinnamon rolls. Pairing it with a cup of KONA coffee feels like having found Heaven on earth! Plus, pecans are an excellent source of copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and vitamin E. They can help reduce LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol levels in the blood. They are also rich in dietary fiber. Có bao nhiêu bạn chưa từng thử đồ ăn Ấn Độ nhỉ? :> Thực ra lúc đầu C hơi ngại món này tí vì nghĩ họ dùng nhiều gia vị nồng khó ăn lắm 😅 Nhưng J vs các bạn của anh dụ C ăn nè, mà ăn lại thấy ngon cực kì luôn 😶
Ở đây là một trong những tiệm yêu thích của bọn mình, vì họ có nhiều loại cà ri lắm 😆 C nhớ là bọn mình gọi Cà ri gà nướng 98k (Chicken Tika Masala), Cà ri tôm 115k (Butter Prawn Curry), vs 1 loại nữa mà quên rồi huhu 🥺 Có thể lựa chọn mức độ cay nha, mà bọn mình vì hơi hãi nên chỉ dám chọn cay chút xíu thôi, ai ngờ hối hận vì nó hông cay luôn :))) Nhưng ăn vẫn ngon 😆 Gia vị nêm ko bị nồng như mình vẫn tưởng, mà khá là hài hoà :> Thịt vs tôm bên trong nấu vừa tới, ko bị chín quá tới khô đâu 😚
Đồ ăn kèm có gọi bánh Naan bơ (35k) và Naan phô mai 55k (Paneer Paratha) để chấm cà ri là chuẩn bài nè. Ăn thêm thì có khoai tây chiên (45k) chấm xốt xoài (?), là lạ mà cũng khá ok, vs Gà nướng kiểu Ấn 95k (Chicken Tikka) ăn cũng ngon ấy, mà hơi khô xíu.
Một phần cà ri vs bánh Naan có thể ăn 2 người đc nha, nếu muốn thử 1 xíu trc khi biết mình có hợp hay ko nè 😗 Vị nấu rất chuẩn mà giá như vậy bọn mình thấy ổn 😚

How many of you haven't tried Indian food yet? :> Actually I was hesitated, cuz I thought the food might smell too strong for my taste. But J and his friends encourage me to try it, and then I love it!!! 😆
This is one of our favorite place because they had a huge menu of curries 😗 Wel remember that we ordered Chicken Tika Masala (98k - grilled chicken curry), Butter Prawn Curry (115k), and another one but we forgot the name... 😅 You can choose the spicy level too, we were a little nervous, so we chose A little spicy, then regret right after that, cuz we didn't feel any spicy at all 🤣 They were still amazing tho 😚 The spices blended so well together, not over-powered each other at all. The meat inside were cooked nicely too.
We had Butter Naan (35k) and Paneer Paratha (55k - Cheese Naan) to go with the curries, such a great combination! Side dishes we had Fries and Chicken Tikka (90k), nice but a little dry.
A portion of curry and a Naan can fit for 2 people, if you wanna try a little bit first just to know if you like it or not 🥰 The food were really authentic, so we think the prices were okay :>

Hi everyone! Welcome to my first cooking video. My name is Jimmy and I love traveling, eating and cooking foods learned from my journeys. I work at a Big 4 accounting firm with a busy schedule, but I always make time to cook delicious food for my wife, Rachel, and our family and friends. My wife and I love Thailand, its culture and its food, so my first cooking series will be Thai food. Hope you enjoy and be sure to like, comment and subscribe!
Thai Pomelo Salad by Jimmy’s Table
Sauce Ingredients (食材):
1/4 cup Fish Sauce (魚露)
1/4 cup Vinegar (白醋)
1/4 cup Sugar (糖)
1/4 cup Garlic (大蒜) - minced
2 Red Chilis (小辣椒) - minced
4-5 Limes (青柠檬) - halved and squeezed for juice, seeds removed
1/2 cup Cilantro (香菜) - leaves only, chopped
1/2 cup - Mint (薄荷) - leaves only, chopped
1/2 cup -Basil (九层塔) - leaves only, chopped
Key Ingredients:
1 Chicken breast (鸡胸肉) - boiled
18 Shrimp (虾仁) - boiled
1 Pomelo or 4-6 grapefruit (柚子,葡萄柚) - peeled, fruit removed
Finishing Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cashews (腰果)
1/2 cup Peanuts (花生)
1/4 cup Deep fried shallots (炸小葱头)
1/4 cup Deep fried garlic (炸大蒜)
Steps:
1. Make the sauce by adding fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, minced red chilis and lime juice. Taste for a balanced salty, sweet, sour, spicy flavor. If it's too salty, add vinegar and sugar to dilute and balance. Add limes to make it more sour, chilis to spice it up and fish sauce for more funkiness!
2. Add chopped cilantro, mint and basil to the sauce.
3. Boil chicken breast and hand peel off pieces of chicken into thin strips of chicken. Chicken soup can be cooled and saved as chicken stock for other dishes.
4. Devein and remove shrimp shell. Boil shrimp.
5. Peel pomelo or grapefruit for just the meat of the fruit
6. Mix pomelo/grapefruit, shredded chicken, shrimp. Add in sauce. Add in additional cilantro, mint or basil depending on how much herbs you like. Toss and mix the salad. If you plan to serve today, continue with next step. This salad can be pre-made and stored in the refrigerator. Add in steps 7 & 8 when ready to serve.
7. In a dry frying pan, heat up cashews and peanuts until warm and slightly brown and toasted. Add into salad.
8. Add in deep fried shallots and garlic for extra flavor.
9. Toss together and serve.

I came across a fried rice called “Not A Fried Rice” when dining at a Shanghainese restaurant one time. I was so intrigued by its name and wondered where the rice had gone in this “fried rice”. The magic revealed when it was served on table. The rice was replaced with cauliflower that was chopped very finely. The texture was like the real fried rice, but without the heaviness that ordinary fried rice would have and the drowsiness that came after when you had eaten too much carbs. I love the fact that by eating this “fried rice”, you can actually increase fibre intake a lot. Cauliflower is a very healthy food, which is under the category of cruciferous vegetables. Other vegetables in this category include broccoli, kale, arugula, cabbage etc. They all have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer function.
We love to add fresh fruit to fried rice to bring more stimulations to our taste buds. I chose to add red pitaya this time. Not only because it can make the fried rice turn into a dazzling purple colour, but it also contains a very strong antioxidant called betalains that can slow down skin ageing!!
Red Pitaya “Fried Rice”
Recipe for 2 portions
Heura plant-based chicken (diced) half box
Cauliflower (finely chopped) half pc
Rice 1 bowl
Fresh corn kernels half pc
String beans (diced) half bowl
Red pitaya (diced) half pc
Minced ginger 2 tsp
Minced garlic 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce to tase
1. Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry plant-based chicken until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.
2. Slightly stir-fry corn and string beans until soften. Set aside.
3. Add cauliflower to pan, season with a little bit of salt. Stir-fry cauliflower until it becomes dry and crumbly.
4. Add a little oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.
5. Add rice and stir-fry it to loosen up. Once the rice turns a bit golden brown on the outside, add cauliflower, plant-based chicken, corn and string beans. Season with soy sauce.
6. Add red pitaya and turn off the heat. Mix all the ingredients well and serve.

曾經一次出街食飯的時候吃過一個名為「不是炒飯」的炒飯,最初真的很好奇究竟是用甚麼來炒這毎飯。上枱後發現原來是用椰菜花切碎扮成飯!吃的時候感覺很神奇,口感真的很像炒飯!但吃這個椰菜花炒飯卻沒有一般炒飯飽飽滯滯的感覺,亦不用怕因為吃得太多澱粉質而引致的「飯氣攻心」睡魔急call,同時纖維攝取量亦大大提升。當然椰菜花亦是非常健康的食物,它屬於十字花科蔬菜,同類的蔬菜包括西蘭花、羽衣甘藍、火箭菜、椰菜等,它們都具有抗炎和抗癌的功效。
炒飯很多是都會加入水果,令炒飯酸酸甜甜更開胃。今次選了紅肉的火龍果,煮好後整個炒飯會變成迷人的紫紅色,真是很靚!除了外貌吸引之外,最重要是紅肉火龍果含有的超強抗氧化物甜菜紅素,它可以減慢肌膚老化,愛美的你一定不能錯過。
火龍果美顏炒飯
二人份量
Heura 植物雞(切粒)半盒
椰菜花(切微粒)半個
飯 1碗
新鮮粟米粒(半條)
四季豆(切粒)半碗
紅肉火龍果 (切粒)半個
薑蓉 2茶匙
蒜蓉 2茶匙
鹽 適量
豉油 適量
1. 熱鑊下油,將植物雞煎至兩面金黃色,盛起備用。
2. 把粟米和四季豆下鑊略炒至軟身後盛起。
3. 椰菜花碎下鑊炒,加少許鹽調味,炒致乾身後盛起。
4. 下少許油,爆香薑蓉和蒜蓉。
5. 加入白飯炒散後,待飯面轉微微金黃色後,把椰菜花、植物雞、粟米和四季豆回鑊炒勻,加入豉油調味。
6. 最後下紅肉火龍果,熄火後炒勻,讓飯粒和椰菜粒沾上火龍果汁後便可上碟。
