順便一提,三文治建議襯熱儘快享用,變涼後吃,味道會打了折扣。

套餐的免費飲品可以選汽水,或熱茶。用餐當天,天氣頗為寒冷,所以朋友點了一杯暖暖的茉莉清茶暖暖胃。

🍽️ Recipe included!
Many of you had pmed me and asked me how I introduced and replaced didi's breastmilk to freshmilk. 🥛
Here you go! Although didi is not a fussy baby👶, we still have to take one step at a time. Changing one of his normal feeds to fresh milk, usually during the day along with his snacks🍪.
Eating his favorite snack🍪 and giving him his milk🍼 using his straw cup makes things alot easier. Once he accepts reject the idea, we slowly replaced subsequent milk feeds to fresh milk.😋
Another way is also to add fresh milk in his meal! You will be surprised!
Simple recipe: Scramble eggs 🥚!
2 large eggs
2 tbsp fresh milk/full cream milk
Shredded cheese (omit if below 1yr old)
Butter (or oil)
1. Whisked eggs and milk together
2. Grease your pan with butter
3. Pour the egg into the pan, use a spatula to pull lightly to and fro.
4. Add in shredded cheese and slowly pull and gather eggs!
5. Tada your scrambled eggs is ready!

Creamy Beef Shell Pasta Ingredients:
8 ounces medium pasta shells
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef stock
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
3/4 cup cooking cream
Salt and black pepper, to taste
6 ounces shredded extra-sharp red cheddar cheese, about 1 1/2 cups

*レシピ*(15✕7✕H6.5センチ パウンド型・6クロックケーキクマ)
1.8枚切り食パン(厚さ15ミリ)6枚の耳を落とし、縦半分に切る。
2.卵 2個と牛乳 100gを合わせ混ぜる。
3.1をバットに並べ、2をかけ、しっかりと染み込ませる。
4.オーブンペーパーを敷き込んだパウンド型に3を4枚並べる。
5.ピザ用チーズ 30gをのせる。
6.ホウレン草 100gをかために茹でたものをのせる。
7.好みで、黒こしょうをふる。
8.再度、3を4枚並べる。
9.ゆで卵 3個をのせる。
10.魚肉ソーセージをのせる。8の食パンのUの字の上部分にのせる。
11.ピザ用チーズ 30gをのせる。
12.さらに、3を4枚並べる。余った部分は切り取る。
11.ピザ用チーズ 30gをのせ、バター 10gをちぎってのせる。お好みで、黒こしょうをふる。
12.200度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
13.粗熱が取れたら型から取り出す。
14.切り分ける。ケチャップで顔らしきものを描く。切るところを間違えるとクマは出現しません。気をつけて!
お好みで、塩・コショウをかけたり、ケチャップをつけてたべてもおいしいよ。

*Recipe* (15x7xH6.5cm (6x3x3 inches) pound cake pan - 6 Bear Croque-Cake)
1. 8 slices of sandwich bread (15 mm (1/2 inch) thick) Cut off the crusts from 6 slices and cut vertically in half.
2. Mix together 2 eggs and 100 g (2/3 cups) milk.
3. Line up the bread from 1 on a cookie sheet and pour 2 over it, letting the bread soak up all the liquid.
4. Line the pound cake pan with parchment paper and place 4 slices of the bread from 3 in it.
5. Add 30 g (1/4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Add 100 g (1/2 cup) lightly boiled spinach.
7. Add black pepper to taste.
8. Add 4 more slices of bread from 3.
9. Add 3 hard boiled eggs.
10. Add fish sausages above the U shape in 8.
11. Add 30 g (1/4 cup) shredded cheese.
12. Add 4 more slices of bread from 3. Cut off edges.
13. Add 30 g (1/4 cup) shredded cheese, 10 g (1 Tablespoon) bits of butter, and black pepper to taste.
14. Bake in a 200 degrees C (400 F) preheated oven for 15 minutes.
15. Cool completely and then take out of the pan.
16. Cut up. Draw a face with ketchup. Be careful with how you cut it or you won't end up with the bear's face!
You can add salt and pepper or more ketchup before enjoying.

Just like you, I was once a student, and the truth is, you can get really lazy to cook for yourself especially when you are living on your own with very limited space and cooking utensils.
During my first year in Uni, I ate out every single day and without even realising it, I started gaining weight. It wasn’t until towards the end of my 2nd year, where I started to learn to cook for myself. I had no idea what I was doing. So it was super basic cooking, with very little ingredients, but hey, that got back on a healthier eating track and that’s how I got into fitness.
Here are 3 of my favourite student meals, which I still cook up till today because they are easy, you won’t need a lot of ingredients or space and they can be ready in under 15 minutes.

JACKET POTATO with TUNA & MELTED CHEESE
Ingredients (serves 1)
1. 1 large Potato, washed – 197Cals
2. ½ can Tuna Chunks – 55Cals
3. 2 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 36Cals
4. 1 tbsp. Yoghurt – 59Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
Steps:
1. The first step is to prick the potato all over with a knife.
2. Then cook the potato on full power in the microwave for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of your potato.
3. While the potato is cooking, in a bowl, mix the tuna chunks, yoghurt and herbs together. Then set it aside.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the potato from the microwave and cut the potato in half lengthwise and fill up with tuna mixture.
5. Then I’m going to top it up with some shredded cheese. Place it back into the microwave, and cook very quickly for about one and a half minutes just to melt the cheese.
Per Serving - 337Cals
WHITE BEANS & CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can White Beans, rinsed and drained – 380Cals
2. 1 Chicken Breast (400g), cubed – 780Cals
3. 2 Onions, chopped – 92Cals
4. 4 Celery Stalks, chopped – 24Cals
5. 1 Carrot, sliced – 25Cals
6. 1 Tomato, sliced – 22Cals
7. 4 cups Chicken Stock – 48Cals
8. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
9. Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Chopped all the vegetables - onions, celery, carrot and tomato. And slice up the chicken breast.
2. The next step is to simple fill up a pot with chicken stock and add in all your ingredients.
3, I’m seasoning mine with a little bit of mixed herbs and salt and pepper.
4. Allow all the ingredients to cook under medium heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm!
Per Serving – 343Cals
BLACK BEAN SALSA WRAP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained – 336Cals
2. 1 can Corn, rinsed and drained – 196Cals
3. 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped – 30Cals
4. 3 tbsps. Salsa Sauce – 12Cals
5. 4 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 72Cals
6. 2 cups Spinach – 14Cals
7. ½ tsp. Mixed Herbs
8. 4 Wholegrain Wrap – 520Cals
Steps:
1. In a bowl, simple combine the beans, corn, bell pepper, salsa sauce and season with mixed herbs.
2. Now let’s assemble it! Place your wrap on a plate. Arrange a handful of spinach. Then, spoon the bean mixture onto the wrap and I’m going to top mine with a little bit of shredded cheese and roll it up!
