Miam Miam has rolled out Hot Pan Baked Rolls in three flavours : Alaskan King Crab, Sautéed Miso Chicken and Grilled Shogayaki Pork. These healthy and freshly baked French bread rolls are recommended to be paired with their new Onsen Egg Mushroom Soup or French Chicken Soup. While the traditional Bolo bao recipes (aka pineapple buns / 菠萝包 / 菠蘿包) don’t actually use pineapples, our recipe adds real pineapples for an extra tangy sweetness. These buns are made even better with Farmhouse fresh milk from Australia (https://bit.ly/3ewvcoc), giving them a natural milky flavour.

ふわふわのスフレパンケーキを贅沢にバーガーにしちゃいました!
たっぷりクリームとお好みのソースやフルーツを挟んだらスフレバーガーの出来上がり♪

スフレバーガー
2-3個分
材料:
■スフレパンケーキ
卵 2個
強力粉 40g
牛乳 30ml
ベーキングパウダー 2g
砂糖 30g
レモン汁 小さじ1/2
■トッピング
ホイップクリーム 適量
いちご 適量
バナナ 適量
チョコソース 適量
粉砂糖 適量
作り方:
1.卵は卵黄と卵白を分け、卵白は冷凍庫に入れて冷やしておく。
2.ボウルに卵黄と砂糖を入れてよく混ぜる。強力粉、ベーキングパウダー、牛乳を入れて粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる。
3.卵白にレモン汁を加えてハンドミキサーで8分立てにする。(ボウルを逆さまにしても落ちてこないくらいのしっかりしたメレンゲを作る。)
4.(2)のボウルにメレンゲを加えて、気泡をつぶさないようにしながらムラなく混ぜる。
5.フライパンにバターを入れて極弱火に熱し、バターが溶けたら(4)の生地をこんもりと落とし、蓋をして5-7分焼く。
6.焼き色が付いたら裏返し、蓋をしてさらに5-7分焼く。取り出して粗熱を取る。
7.パンケーキを2枚1組にし、ホイップクリームを絞り、いちごやバナナ、チョコソースをかけて挾む。仕上げに粉砂糖を振ったら、完成!

2 Eggs
40 grams Bread flour
30 ml Milk
2g Baking powder
30 grams Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
■ Toppings
Whipped cream
Banana
Chocolate sauce
Powdered sugar
PREPARATION
1.Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, and place the egg whites in the freezer to cool.
2.Put egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add flour, baking powder and milk, and mix until dry.
3. Add lemon juice to egg whites and stir for 8 minutes with a hand mixer. (Make a solid meringue that will not drop even if the bowl is turned upside down.)
4. Add the meringue to (2) and fold with a rubber spatula.
5. Put butter in a frying pan and heat to extremely low heat. When the butter melts, gently drop the dough in (4), cover and bake for 5-7 minutes.
6. When browned at the bottom flip, cover and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
7. Place a pancake on a plate, squeeze whipped cream, top with slices of banana and chocolate sauce, place another pancake on top to finish the burger. Finish with powder sugar on top.
8. Enjoy!
