1.殘體字及正體字應一同列印於Mandarin Chinese Examination試卷上。
2.應接納正體字為正確答案。

今天來介紹《#周易的司律二試刑法解題書》這本優質好書啦～～
▋ 寫作心得
在我個人出版的書籍中，一開始好像沒有單一本書專門是解題，而且又較符合司律程度的。不過，司律二試改制後，題分變高（刑法變成一題100分）、要求考生寫個人意見，還有400分門檻等政策夾攻下，單純爭點的背誦可能沒辦法讓你拿到高分，必須寫的更深入才行。因此，我覺得有必要出一個符合國考題目要求的解題書（也就是要寫出實務、學說之外，還要附上個人意見，這非常重要）。為了讓本書更能凸顯主要是給司律考生使用，就以「司律二試」為書名其中幾個字。
不過這幾年觀察下來，有些同學買這本書的當下，可能沒有立即要準備當年度的司律考試。其實有點出乎我的意料之外，原本以為同學是考前幾個月才會選購。但後來細想，推測同學可能是想找一本刑總、刑分都有解題，然後又不會過度厚重的書籍吧！也說不定是為了期中期末考抱佛腳XD 總之，這本書原先預設給司律考生，但後來的客群慢慢有變大（希望啦），雖然意外，但卻也很欣慰，因為自己的書又能被多一點同學看見，是很值得驕傲的事。
▋ 內容架構
主要跟以一般市面上解題書常呈現的要素沒差多少，收錄考古題是一定要的。我想特別介紹的是「#延伸專題」部分。
為什麼要加這個專題？延續前面提到的，司律二試的制度調整後，答題內容要寫的更深入，我希望同學能更廣泛地學習與該題相關的知識，但總不可能通通塞在擬答裡面吧XD 所以折衷一下，透過延伸專題來補充。此外，司律二試出題多變，完全一樣的考點再出題，在司律二試刑法會有點低（畢竟太多東西可以考了），但該考點的兄弟姐妹叔叔伯伯阿姨都有可能成為命題範圍，所以能將考點家族們一網打盡，是較有效率的做法。因此，最近的延伸專題有做些增補，念完前面，還可以繼續看後面來複習。
另外，這本書還有附上「#模板」，以及「#文章改編題」。一個是彙整書上出現過重要的模板，考前方便你改成自己的模板，並再次複習；另一則是改編我覺得重要的文獻題目，將它寫成擬答，讓同學看看老師們的見解為何。
總之，這本書因為是給「司律二試」考生使用的，所以會比較難一點，建議有刑法底子再來服用。
而如果要準備更困難的「法研所刑法組」同學，也可以參考參考本書，裡面有解法研所題目，但沒有很多，且須自行增補（你要考的學校的）刑事法老師見解在裡面，畢竟書裡無法廣泛搜集各校老師的見解，有些部分只能割愛，這點要留意。
▋ 總結
目前市面上刑法解題書蠻多的，同學要選購刑法解題書，建議親自挑幾本有興趣的書籍，互相比較後再做決定，畢竟自己看合不合頻率是最準的，別人講再多，也只是推薦而已，最後的判斷還是在你身上。
我沒有說大家一定要買我的書（事實上也不可能），我只是盡力把這本書寫好來，提供大家一個選擇，但還是要看同學接不接受我的寫作風格。書籍要改版時，我會抱持著「下一版要帶給讀者更多、更豐富的內容」的心態在處理。我想，每一本解題書的作者，應該都是懷抱這個心情在寫書，期待用書與同學對話吧！

This year's Special Examination for Consular and Diplomatic Personnel has been updated. The English requirements and qualifications for the exam are the same as before, but now apart from the Chinese language and law and politics sections, where questions and answers will still be given in Chinese, all other topics will be in English. That means answers will be required in English as well!
For the oral exams, the group exam will still be in Chinese and the individual exam in English.
