Today, it’s Red Snapper. ☺️
🧐 WHOA... if this continues for long enough, I’m gonna break record for most grains (rice) consumed for my whole year soon!
✅ FYI, I’ve stopped consuming rice for many years now. >4 years or more...
Today is my second day consuming probiotic.
What are the changes in my body which I felt good about?
👏🏼 I can finally break wind... quite a long one.. (very similar to baby’s indigestion uh 😂)
👏🏼 I just went for my first nature’s call this morning, even though not to the usual standard but it’s better than none (constipated)
💯I hope my condition improves day by day...
The pain subside for a while after taking Gaviscon Double Action. But it usually last 4-5 hours before I take it again between 6 hours interval (4X daily).
I also constantly tap on my tummy to examine the “sound” I get.. to check whether which part of the abdominal is bloated..
🚫⁉️And I know one big factor that contributed to my nightmare was..‼️
I had quite a big portion of stir-fried noodles (Hokkien noodles, the black type) during supper and slept after 30 mins later. Maybe the usual body of mine won’t suffer much from this but definitely not on a fasting-mode body. It’s TESTED & PROVEN! 🙄

❌ never take large portion of carbs after fasting instead take more fiber rich food and stay hydrated
❌ never fast more than 16 hours (some told me max for women is 14 hours)

After 72 hours of fasting, thought we should go on even I started to feel uncomfortable! But the universe must know how I feel, so, we suddenly pass a salad shop and 2 staffs called us and gave those salads to us for free as they r finishing of the day! How lucky we are to end up our fasting in this blessed way. 💓

🎉72小時斷食結束
這其實是我人生中的第四次斷食,第一次是在2017年9月份,每次都至少72小時。
比起前三次,這次應該是我最不舒服的一次!我想這跟我4&5月份手術後大量的止痛、抗生素、麻醉及無法運動有關!
令我最驚訝的是,我的不舒服感居然跟我當初術後,服用大量含鴉片成分止痛藥的感覺一模模一樣樣,是昏沈感!而且我的背居然又開始有燃燒感,跟我當初術後那兩個月的痛感一樣!
我不得不佩服人體的奧妙,還有斷食的神奇!
我之所以想斷食,就是希望過勞的消化系統可以徹底休息,讓身體把力氣用在有受傷的部位,徹底修護,藉機把老舊細胞完全更新!
原本想要繼續做下去,但今天真的非常的不舒服,陶先生說我這次排毒把術後的藥物全部排掉,所以症狀比前幾次激烈!
正當我想繼續逞強時.....突然在一家沙拉店的門口被店員叫住,說想要把剩下的兩盒沙拉給我們!正當我準備說不用了,陶先生已經接過來說~ 謝謝😅
我想應該是老天爺覺得,夠了,是什麼可以停止了!就醬子,我們這次的斷食在這樣美好的小確幸下,結束💗

以下就是我第四次斷食的小小紀錄
2019 14/8~17/8

總時數: 約72小時。
食物: 只喝溫熱水,每天約2000cc, 第二天有補充一咪咪的岩鹽,放在舌頭上也不需要喝水的鹹度就可以了!
睡眠:
第一晚10點左右很累,但我沒有馬上睡,結果居然到三點精神還很好。
第二晚11點半覺得很累,馬上爬上床,一下子就睡著了,一直睡到隔天早上10:40。
小叮嚀:斷食期間,尤其頭三天會很難睡,如果你覺得累快昏了,就趕快爬上床睡,避免過了昏睡期突然精神亢奮喔!
體力:
第一天,沒有飢餓感,但脖子一直燙燙的好像發燒,頭微暈,有出去散步。
第二天,精神很好,沒有任何飢餓感,有出去快走40分鐘。
第三天,醒來時臉變的很黃,開始有當初術後吃止痛藥的昏沈感,背開始有灼熱感,全身開始微微的顫抖,覺得沒有力氣。以上症狀都是我當初術後恢復期有的症狀!
洗澡:這兩天洗澡都沒有不適感。(第一次斷食時,第一天洗澡眼前突然一片黑,差點昏倒!初斷食者請留意!)
保健食品: 我肝丸、膠原蛋白、motion potion 都有吃,因為肝丸可以排毒、膠蛋可以修護體內細胞、motion potion幫我清宿便。
