みなさまお久しぶりです!
年末年始にたくさん食べたいのでボチボチ減量してます。
166cm
9/17 60.4kg【最初の動画。2日間ドカ食いした翌日です】

9/20 58.5kg【前日とまったく変わらなくて萎え】

9/22 58.3kg【増えてるーー】

-3.1kgですが、脂肪が減ったわけではないです。
スタートがドカ食い後のむくみMAXの時だったので、むくみが取れるだけでもすっきりです!!
-7200㎈で脂肪が1キロ減る計算なので、毎日食事を記録してマイナスカロリーを蓄積してます。
途中増えたり、変わらなかったりするところもありますが。
「マイナスカロリーは稼げているはずだ!」と思えて自暴自棄にならなくて済むので食事を記録するのおすすめです。
毎日食べ物を計算するのめんどくさいなら、毎日同じものを食べてればいいです。
私は、タンパク質が魚or肉になるだけでほぼ毎日同じです。
食事管理はマクロ管理法です。
マクロ管理は、脂質、炭水化物、タンパク質を何グラム摂るって計算してソレを越えなければ何を食べても良いと思います。
極論ですけどね。
「これを食べて痩せました!」
っというのは無いです。
ただ、シンプルにマクロバランスを考えて食事してます。
食べ物の誘惑が襲ってきたら
「ドーナツ1個食べるのにかかる時間は1分もない。1分だけの幸せのために今日した運動を無駄にするのか!!」
と自分に言い聞かせて我慢ですw

10日間は一回も休まずやると決めていたので、10日間は毎日しました(^^)/
減量ね、しんどいですw
けどチートデイが楽しみです!!
これは減量しないと味わえない楽しみなので本当にワクワクがとまりませんw
10月になったらチートデイ設けようと思います…♡

2) Static Lunge
3) Narrow Squat
4) Alternate Reverse Lunge
5) Sumo Squat
6) Curtsy Lunge
7) Side Step Squat
8) Explosive Lunge
9) Squat Pulses
10) Squat to Lunge
Complete 50 reps for each exercise before moving on to the next. Repeat 2 rounds. That's 1000 squats and lunges!
