Veg. Thai green curry paste 素泰式青咖喱酱
1/4 tsp pepper corn 胡椒粒
1/4 tsp cumin seed 孜然
1 tsp coriander seed 芫茜籽
6pcs green bird’s eye chilli 青小辣椒
20pcs basil leaves 九層塔
1 tbsp galanga 南姜
1 tbsp daikon radish 白萝卜
2 tbsp lemongrass 香茅
2 pcs coriander roots 芫荽根
1 tbsp kaffir lime skin 箭叶橙皮
1 tbsp salt 盐
2 tbsp oil 油
**the above ingredients can made approximately 1kg of green curry paste 以上的成分大概可以做出1碗的青咖喱酱**
veg. Thai green curry 素泰式青咖喱
1/2 coconut milk 椰浆 (for stir fry 拌炒用)
1 bowl green curry paste 青咖喱酱
1 bowl monkey head mushroom 猴头菇
1 1/2 bowl water 水
3-4 kaffir lime leaves 箭叶橙叶
3pcs thai eggplant 绿茄子
1/2 tbsp palm sugar 椰糖
1-2 tbsp homemade veg fish sauce 自制素鱼露
20pcs basil leaves 九層塔
1pcs spur chilli 红辣椒
1/2 tsp salt 盐
1/2 coconut milk 椰浆

咖喱鱼头 Curry Fish Head Complete Video
《Curry Fish head》
Grouper head 1 piece or whole
- simmer in hot water for three minutes
Oil 1 table spoon
Curry paste premixed 2 packets
Water 1000ml +
Onion 2 cut into wedges
Tomatoes cut into wedges
Green chilis 2 pieces
Ladies fingers 6 pieces cut into two
-blanch in hot water for 10seconds add into curry before serve.
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 table spoon
Coconut milk 150ml
methods =
1. Clean fish head and drain.
2. Heat up wok, add some oil add in curry paste, stir until fragrant. Pour in water, bring to boil.
3. Add in onion, tomatoes, green chilies, bring to boil. Add in simmered fish head, tune to low heat, cover with lid and simmer for five minutes.
4.open lid, flip over And simmer another 3 minutes with lid. Add in ladies fingers.
5. Off Flame, Add in coconut milk, stir well.
And serve.
Fish head my taste better after soaking in gravy for 30 minutes.
《咖喱鱼头》
龙虎斑鱼头 一边或 整个
- 在热水中浸泡三分钟
油一汤匙
咖喱方便包 两包
水 1000 ml
洋葱两个 切角
番茄 两个切角
青辣椒 两条
羊角豆 6 条 一分为二
- 热水中水煮十秒，吃前加进咖喱里。
盐调味
糖 一汤匙
盒装椰浆 1 盒
方法 =
1. 洗净鱼头沥干。
2. 烧热锅子, 加油，加咖喱酱, 炒至. 加水，煮滚。
3. 加入洋葱，番茄，辣椒，煮滚, 加入鱼头，转小火，关盖慢煮五分钟 。
4. 开盖，翻面，关再煮三分钟。加入羊角豆。
5. 关火, 加入椰浆, 调匀上菜。
鱼头浸泡在咖喱里多三十分钟再吃更好吃。
