[ Ingredients ]
2 packet MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles
2 tbsp Cooking oil
50g Bean sprouts
60g Coconut milk
2 piece Tau Pok
8 pieces Prawns
50g Fish cake
10g Laksa leaves (finely chopped)
1½ packet of MAGGI® Assam noodles seasoning
Salt and sugar to taste
4 Shallots (thinly sliced)
3 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Chilli (sliced)
[ Steps ]
1. In a pot, blanch MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles for about 1 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil, add shallots, garlic, chilli and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add in fish cake, prawns and tau pok, and stir fry until slightly cooked.
4. Add in coconut milk, MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles seasoning, bean sprouts, and mix evenly.
5. Add in blanched MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles, laksa leaves, salt and sugar. Mix evenly and serve.
6. Garnish with laksa leaves.

1 packet rempah kari daging Adabi
1 packet rempah kari udang Adabi
1 sudu besar Paste asam jawa Adabi
1 kotak santan Adabi
1/2 ekor ayam - di potong kecil2
Tauhu Kering (Tauhu pok)
Fish cake & Fish ball
Air rebusan udang secukupnya
Mushroom seasoning
Garam secukup rasa.

Mee Kuning
Sawi
Taugeh
Kerang
Udang- rebus dulu
Bawang goreng
Daun sup
Foo chuk goreng
Limau
Telor rebus

*Cara-caranya:*
.
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis Bahan kisar hingga Garing.

2. Masukkan serbuk kari Ikan Adabi, serbuk Kari daging Adabi dan serbuk kari udang Adabi. Kacau rata.
.
3. Masukkan 2 senduk air rebusan udang. Kacau sebati dan tumis hingga garing.
.
4. Masukkan ayam, fish ball dan fish cake.
.
5. Kacau dan biarkan seketika sehingga ayam masak.
.
6. Masukkan air rebusan udang.
.
7. Masukkan tauhu Kering, mashroom seasoning dan garam secukupnya.

8. Akhir sekali masukkan santan Adabi. Renehkan selama 30 minit.

Belanchan Pineapple Fried Noodles 1/10/16 🌶🌶🌶
What can you do with a packet of left over chilli belachan from your take away? Let's make belachan fried noodles!
Ingredients:
- 250g yellow noodles
- onion, pineapple, garlic and bean sprouts
- 2 eggs 🐣🐣
Seasoning :
- 2 tbsp of sweet dark soya sauce + 1/2 tbsp of salted dark soya sauce, mix well with half a bowl of hot water
- fish sauce and chinese white rice wine ( refer to video )
- a small packet of belachan
This is an adult version. For kids friendly version, reduce the seasoning and don't add balachan. You may want to stir fry the onion longer or use yellow onion instead. Longer cooking will reduce the 'spiciness' of onion. Camellia oil was used for cooking today.
Yummy, it's amazing how Asian species like belachan can do to a regular dish!

自从有了格格,御膳房通常都会做儿童版餐点。辣椒慢慢从御膳房绝迹。😣😣😣 本母后我以前可是个辣椒皇后,无辣不欢,功力退步了不少....
在冰箱找到一包叁峇辣椒,是上一次打包炒米粉时剩下的,竟然莫明奇妙的没有被丢弃,侥幸存活,必有大用。于是请出父皇再度展出天才煮炒功力。这,是大人版本的口味会下的比较重,好吃好吃哦!
材料 :
- 250g 黄麺
- 大葱、黄梨、蒜蓉和豆芽
- 2粒鸡蛋
调味 :
- 2汤匙甜黑酱油+半汤匙咸黑酱油,加半碗热水拌匀
- 少许魚露,少许白酒,请参考视频
如果做儿童版本,就不加辣椒,减少调味。洋葱也可以炒软一点,把甜味炒出来。这次炒麺用的是苦茶油。
