【實習機會】台灣跑山獸
公司簡介
台灣跑山獸2015年成立,主要規劃休閒娛樂及極限挑戰的越野活動/賽事,雖然目前跑山獸規模不大,但想要拓展我們的團隊,除了持續進行原有規劃的活動,並朝向規劃更多樣化及特色性的活動/賽事。
最近這一年,我們規劃了山跑者系列越野垂直登高賽(類似於爬升垂直公里),極限挑戰的的超級越野馬拉松:野獸山徑(路線有12,26及50公里原野森林的山徑,在不久將來也會規畫100公里的賽程)。
我們也規劃許多的跑步訓練課程包含夜間的訓練:野獸訓練營。我們除了有許多非常優秀的贊助廠商及合作夥伴,也有非常多的粉絲及喜歡山徑野跑的朋友們ㄧ直支持我們。
在2016年,我們將規畫更多的越野活動/賽事,戶外健行活動及規律性的跑步營訓練,我們尋求更多的協助,我們主要做我們喜歡的事情,並且希望吸引到到跟我們ㄧ樣熱血且興趣相同的工作夥伴。
工作內容
我們積極尋找對越野路跑,戶外活動推廣有熱情的夥伴。內部的工作雖不特定需要是跑者,但需要行動力及積極活耀,如果對戶外活動也有興趣,我們非常歡迎!
重要條件需求:
中文讀寫流利
基本英文對話,讀/寫技巧(跑山獸引領國內外市場)
平面媒體設計(重要)
o 擅長使用繪圖軟體(Adobe Illustrator,Inkscape, Photoshop或類似的軟體等),創造向量圖形,海報,雜誌,包裝,傳單,廣告看板等相關美編設計,網站圖形元素等。
o 熟悉html網頁工具,網站視覺規劃與網頁製作等事務。
o 知道且有技術地使用影像圖形軟體,例如:Corel VideoStudio,處理行動影像及創造有趣的電影,能協助行動攝影是最歡迎的!(未來的工具:行動照相機,穩定器及多軸攝影機)。
o 在藝術或廣告行銷有創造力及獨創性,非常歡迎!
文字工作(重要)
o 網站上的英文翻中文
o 網站建立或更新(Wordpress)
o 基本的創造力及獨立文字寫作能力
團隊合作(個性)
o 具良好溝通能力
o 熱忱,個性開朗
o 配合度高
o 積極主動
o 靈活及獨立性
o 抗壓性
o 按照期限完成主管交辦事項,有效率,不會把工作拖到休閒時間

Intern position in Taiwan Beast Runners
Introduction of Taiwan Beast Runners
We are small but growing team which organizes various and usually original trail running events. Recently organizes HILL Runner (similar to vertical kilometer) series and adventure ultramarathon The Beast Trail (12, 26 and 50km of wild trail, soon will be have 100Km).
We do many training session on our courses and also evening training, Beast GYM. We have few nice sponsors and partners for our events, but also many fans and followers on trails.
We plan many trail events, hiking activity and routine training in future and we look for help to go on. We do what we like and hope can find somebody who will feel same.
Inter specification
We look for person who will feel passionate in our major, trail running. Inter don’t need be runner, but action & active and definitely will be more help full if interest in outdoor activities. There are few specifications sorted by importance:
Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing (Taiwanese)
Common English conversation and reading/writing skills (TBR leads by foreigner and Taiwanese)
Graphic designer (important):
o Active usage of graphic software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Photoshop, or similar) and create vector graphic, posters, flyers, web graphic elements, etc.
o Know html website tool
o Knowledge and skills to use video graphic software eg. Corel VideoStudio. Post processing of action videos and create interesting trailers. Help with action shooting is welcome (future tools: action camera with gimbal stabiliser, drone, …)
o creativeness and originality in art or advertising are very welcome
Text work (important)
o Mainly translation from English to Chinese for web
o Creating or uploading of websites (Wordpress)
o Basic creativity and independence in text writing
Team work (personality)
o Understanding of purpose
o Flexibility and independency
o Stress durability
o Follow deadlines and be effective and protect leisure time
Outdoor activity (very welcome)
o Help with event organisation (some weekends, very rush)
o Help with outdoor sessions (trainings or smaller outdoor events)

不過有一句很重要 --> Remember: It wasn't the kettlebell that hurt your back but how you USED the kettlebell that hurt your back.
切記,不是"壺鈴"傷了你的背,而是"你怎麼用壺鈴"傷了你的背。
所以當你使用壺鈴受傷了,請勿責怪這個偉大的工具,而是要思考自己是怎麼使用壺鈴,是否有找專業的指導教練喔~
Kettlebells: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Here are a few notes, mostly scribbled up at random, on how I feel the kettlebell is best used, and some of its shortcomings.
The Good.
**For Strength: Here the BEST application of the kettlebell is for upper body pressing strength and maybe front squats. In all other ways the barbell (or even your own bodyweight) is better.
That said, how strong do you need to be? The kettlebell can develop more than enough "everyday" strength in all major lifts (pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, etc).
**For Fat Loss: Where the kettlebell really shines is for metabolic conditioning. The compact nature of the cast iron, and how it lets you transition seamlessly between movements, makes it just absolutely marvelous for short, intense, sweaty workouts.
Surely you can use a barbell, or even dumbbells, for something like complexes, but they don't feel as good or as right as the kettlebell does.
**Return on Investment: The kettlebell is convenient, easy to learn (under the guidance of a good coach), and covers about 80% of all the fitness you could need (strength, flexibility, mobility, metabolic conditioning, fat loss, etc).
The Bad.
** For Strength: If you want to go beyond just "everyday" strength the kettlebell starts to show its shortcomings. In other words, don't expect to develop any overly impressive deadlift with kettlebells alone.
**The Dogma: Somehow, and I'm not going to say I'm not partly to blame, because I am, but there is a strong, almost zealotic attachment to kettlebells for a lot of people.
Just remember it's not the tool that matters, but the method. Don't lose out on the benefits of training with other implements because you feel some deep-rooted romantic notion to defend and use only the kettlebell.
The Ugly.
** Technique: This is not the kettlebell's fault, but the coach's, nor is it exclusive to the kettlebell, but I see more bad technique in swings, cleans, snatches and get ups than I care to count.
Remember: It wasn't the kettlebell that hurt your back but how you USED the kettlebell that hurt your back. The kettlebell has no vendetta against you personally, I swear.
So be judicious. Get a coach--a competent coach--to teach you. There are plenty out there. You just have to be willing to look.
