自2020年初的疫情以來，人們的食材購買習慣已經改變。 我們不能像以前那樣頻繁地去超市或農夫市集採買，而是每週或兩週一次購買大量食物儲存。 （✨在台灣的大家應該可以頻繁的上市集和市場採買！👍)如何保持蔬菜新鮮很重要。 避免蔬菜儲存方式錯誤而導致腐敗。我們採買新鮮食材，不是為了讓它爛掉然後把它丟掉吧！
您或許已經知道這些方法，又或許沒那麼清楚，那麼這些小技巧將幫助您將蔬菜存放在正確的地方，以保持它的新鮮和最佳味道。

Today’s post I’d like to share some tips for keeping vegetables freshly.
Since the pandemic started in 2020, people’s food-buying habits have changed. We can’t grocery shopping as frequently as we used to be but buying a huge amount of food once a week or in two weeks. Avoid storing vegetables in a wrong way and to rotten. How to keep veggie fresh is important. We don’t want to buying fresh produce, and only for it to go bad, and plan to toss it.
You might already know this tips, if not, it’s good to keep in mind to stored the vegetables in the right place to keep them fresh and for the best taste them!
