1. Enjoy colonial views at Shamian Island - Shamian borders the Pearl River & is worth to visit both in the day & night for different but still breathtaking sceneries 🏛
2. Stroll along the Pearl river 珠江 & witness Guangzhou’s city scape at night 🌉
3. Join the locals for authentic cantonese dimsum 点心 breakfast 🥟 - I love their xiao long bao 小笼包, siew mai & hargao because they’re super generous with their filling & servings! 😋
4. Snack & shop at Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street amongst historical buildings that have been around for almost 100 years
5. Some food to try while at Shangxiajiu is Nan Sing Shuang Pi Nai 南信双皮奶(shown in pic), steamed clams & oysters topped with garlic & chilli, Ngan Gei Cheung Fun 银记肠粉店 (best chee cheong fun), Bao Hua Mian Dian 宝华面店 (best wonton mee)🍴
6. Stroll along the Central Business District area called Flower City Square 花城, home to some of Guangzhou prominent landmarks - Canton tower, Guangdong museum & Haixinsha
7. Guangdong Theatre - reminds me of Seoul’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza
8. Do some herbs shopping at Yi De Lu 一德路
9. There’s a stone made Sacred Heart Cathedral nearby with plenty of malls from Yi De Lu 一德路 to Haizhu Square 海珠广场 to shop for random things. No joke.

Which is the ultimate noodle dish!?
In this episode of Food Battle we travelled around Macau to explore the delicious noodle dishes known as “Japanese Ramen” and “Chinese Noodles.
Starting in the morning markets of Macau we had a street food style Wok Fried Cantonese noodle dish. This street food eatery is a local hidden gem and is busy from the early hours of opening.
Not only did we taste the fried noodles but we also explored the deep culture and history of the Chinese noodle dish to find out it’s routes in China food. What we found was that Chinese noodles were linked to Japan Ramen in a very interesting way!
We then headed to Ramen Kouji to try the authentic Japanese Ramen dishes. We got a chance to try multiple different variations of Japanese noodles, including Original Ramen, Dip Noodle Ramen and Dried Ramen. All of which were incredibly delicious!

Many people who travel to Macau do not know about the insanely awesome and history dense street food that is available.
In this food and adventure vlog we take a Macau tour around the secret side of Macau, exploring old streets, cuisines and culture that have rarely been explored.
Joining me was my good friend Rawell, we travelled to the hidden food gems in Macau showcasing the local cuisine with Coconut Ice Cream that is centuries old, the oldest milk tea in Macau as well as the 100 year old street food noodle stall that served up heavenly Chinese noodles wok fried!
