Matcha Lava Choux Cream, a giant crusty choux that pours out rich and intense lava once you crack the shell open
First time experimenting with this and I'm glad it worked cos there was no new recipe. Just based on the same old recipe by Sadaharu Aoki which I've been recycling since Day One.
