4-month-old siblings Bubble and MilkTea were discovered along with their calico mama and siblings living in a drain. Thankfully, they were quickly rescued and are now thriving in foster care. Sassy Bubble is an adventurous little girl who loves to explore while her brother MilkTea is a lap cat in the making – he loves human company and likes to talk all about his day! Both siblings are good with other cats, are active and playful and will make wonderful companions for many years to come. Do consider giving Bubble and MilkTea a loving home for life!

寄養領養大不同
其實「寄養」係有別於「領養」嘅。寄養父母並唔係寄養兒童的監護人；而且，他們既不享有領養父母嘅權利，亦不用負領養父母嘅責任。
寄養係為Out-of-Home Care嘅小朋友提供家庭式的照顧服務，比佢哋繼續過安定愉快嘅家庭式生活，令佢哋身心得以健康發展，直至佢哋獲得長遠嘅福利安排（包括回家團聚、獲領養或獨立生活）。
簡單嚟講，「寄養」係暫時性嘅，視乎唔同情況決定寄養時間長短，而「領養」係比孩子一個永久家庭，係一輩子嘅事！大家記住唔好再撈亂啦😉
Difference between Foster Care & Adoption
“Foster Care" is different from "Adoption". Being a foster parents means that they are the guardians of the foster children; however, they do not have the rights of an adoption parents, nor do they have any parental responsibility.
The foster care system provides family-based care services for Out-of-Home Care children so that they can continued to live in a healthy, happy and family-like environment which will help with their body and mind development so the children could continue to grow healthily until they have obtained a long-term welfare arrangements such as going home, reunite with original family, adoption or independent living.
In conclusion, "fostering" is temporary and depending on the circumstances to determine the length of foster care. "Adoption" is finding a permanent family for the children.

China Family Reunion Visa (Q)
This visa type came along with the promulgation of the Administrative Regulations of the PRC on Entry and Exit of foreigners on July 12, 2013, which was implemented as of September 1, 2013. Overseas Chinese can expect to benefit from the change when they return to China for family reunions. Depending upon the duration of stay and applicants' classification, the Q visa is further divided into two subclasses: Q1 and Q2.
Q1 is issued to relatives of Chinese citizens applying to enter and reside in China for purposes of family reunion, and to those who apply for family reunion of foreigners with Permanent Residency in China, as well as to persons applying to enter and reside in China for foster care, adoption and other reasons; Q2 is issued to relatives of Chinese citizens or foreigners with permanent residence in China for a short period of stay (less than 6 months).
Q1 is generally issued with a single entry and 30 days, and the holders must apply for Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry. The residence permit can be granted for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 5 years. So, holders can exit and reenter freely during the validity of the residence permit. Q2 is flexible from 30 to 180 days, allows single, double, or multiple entries, and the holders can stay in China within the duration period as indicated on visa.
