The role of a curator is more than just conforming to the standard practice of showcasing an artist, artwork selection or exhibition making. The curator elaborates the work of arts and enhances the relationship between viewer and artwork. Curation concerns far beyond physical factors, more importantly, acts as a bridge between artists and viewers, interpreting contemporary art. Two curators, with different backgrounds, Alan Chan and Karena Lam will share their experiences and perspectives towards above topics. Q & A session is included at the end of symposium.

Hong Kong based designer and artist, working in branding, design and art arena. Apart from that, he is also a curator for a Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Art Exhibition in June 2016.

Hong Kong based actress, ambassador of Le French May. Passionate in promoting art in HK, recently participating in the very first curating work in Hana by Inoue Yuichi at agnes b.’s LIBRAIRIE GALERIE.

This time we are going to learn some French phrases. I will speak English first, then French. I hope you will practice well and try to speak French as soon as you hear English.
Phrases can't be memorized just by listening to them once, so it's important to practice them over and over again.
One of my goals for 2020 is to improve my French and I’m so grateful I have my friend Ally who is helping me progress. In this video we talk about the three ways I learn French curretly (without textbooks). The methods are for upper intermediate/advanced learners, so they might not work if you are a beginner.
