【台美🇹🇼🇺🇸關係穩定提升無上限】
美國國務院亞太助卿史達偉（David Stilwell）於美東時間8月31日上午在華府智庫
發表以「美國、台灣與世界：和平與繁榮的夥伴」為主題的重要演說，以下幫大家畫重點🤓：
👉台美將開啟新雙邊經濟對話
此對話將充分涵蓋台美經濟各面向，包括半導體、醫療、能源及其他產業，其中將以科技為重。美國在台協會台北辦事處說明，美方將由美國國務院主管經濟成長、能源暨環境次卿Keith Krach主談，台美將透過此高階會談強化雙邊經濟與商務合作。
👉「#六項保證」是美國核心對台政策
史達偉指出，美國對台政策是基於「台灣關係法」、「三公報」及「六項保證」，並強調「六項保證」是雷根總統在1982年對台灣提出的承諾，美國將持續遵守。

👉 美國對台灣的安全承諾
史達偉表示，美國將持續根據「台灣關係法」承諾協助台灣自我防衛，將持續協助台灣抵制中共對台灣的施壓、威脅及邊緣化作為，並將持續以提供必要防衛裝備及其他協助，因應來自中國的軍事壓力。
👉 美國不將台灣視為美中關係其中一項
史達偉強調，台美關係並非美中關係的其中一環。台美的友誼及合作「stands on its own」，是以#共享價值及雙方的#文化及#經貿互動關係為基礎，共同創造共同創造 #互惠雙贏 的局面！

Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs David Stilwell made the following points in a speech hosted by Washington-based think tank The Heritage Foundation on "The United States, Taiwan, and the World: Partners for Peace and Prosperity":
Taiwan and the US will embark on a new economic dialogue, spanning a range of fields including semiconductors, medicine, energy and other tech sectors. AIT stated that the dialogue will be led by Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Keith Krach on the US side. The high-level dialogue will help strengthen economic and business ties between our countries.
Stilwell pointed to the Taiwan Relations Act, the Three Joint Communiques and the Six Assurances as the basis for the US's Taiwan policy, adding that the US would continue to respect the Six Assurances, the promises made to Taiwan by President Reagan back in 1982. (This is the first time that the US has listed the details of the Six Assurances and stated that they are the core of its Taiwan policy. Stilwell stated that the US will continue to sell defensive arms to Taiwan in line with the Taiwan Relations Act and will continue to assist Taiwan to resist pressure and threats from the Chinese Communist Party.
Stilwell added that the US does not see Taiwan as a part of the US-China relationship and that the Taiwan-US friendship and cooperation stands on its own on the basis of #SharedValues, culture and mutually beneficial trade relations.
