📝 : สายล็อบสเตอร์ต้องมาโดน 🦐Lobster Roll ที่ให้เนื้อล็อบสเตอร์สดๆที่ผ่านการนำไปแช่กับน้ำมันล็อบสเตอร์ผสมน้ำส้ม ส่วนตัวพอกินแล้วมันให้ความรู้สึกเฟรชหวานฉ่ำ เป็นการขับความวานของเนื้อล็อบสเตอร์ออกมาได้ดีทีเดียว ซึ่งถ้าพูดถึงราคาแล้วเทียบกับร้านล็อบสเตอร์ดังๆทานที่นี่คุ้มกว่าเยอะเลย บรรยากาศร้านก็ชิวมากๆด้วย เพราะห้องอาหารบลูโนสจะอยู่ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำเลย ส่วนอีกตัวที่เราว่าทางร้านทำออกมาได้ดีเลยคือ 🥩Beef Flank Steak ต้องเข้าใจก่อนว่าเนื้อส่วนนี้เป็นเนื้อที่ค่อนข้างเหนียว ปกติจะใช้สำหรับทำสตูว์มากกว่า แต่เข้าใจว่าทางร้านต้องการทำให้ได้ฟีลเดียวกับเสือร้องไห้ ซึ่งนำมาทานคู่กับน้ำจิ้มแจ่ว เพิ่มกิมมิกด้วย Potato wedge ทอดกรอบ บอกเลยว่าเนื้อทำออกมาได้นุ่มมาก ผ่านการนำไป Sous vide แล้วนำไปเซียกับกะทะร้อนอีกที เนื้ออาจจะไม่ได้หอมละลายในปากแบบเนื้อโกเบนะคะ แต่ทานแบบไทยฟิวชั่นแล้วอร่อยเลย ส่วนอีกตัวที่อยากแนะนำคือ 🍉Fruit Cocktail เป็นวุ้นน้ำมะพร้าวราด Malibu กับ Ginger Syrup ท็อปด้วยผลไม้สดตามฤดูกาลและครีมสด ทานแล้วเฟรชมาก แต่ละคำที่ตักโดนผลไม้คนละตัวก็ได้ฟีลลิ่งที่ต่างกันไป ชอบตอนที่ทานวุ้นคู่กับมะนาวสุด เป็นการจบมื้อได้แบบสวยๆ ถือเป็นขนมล้างปากได้ดีตัวนึงเลยค่ะ แต่แนะนำสั่งมาแบ่งกันน้า ถ้วยใหญ่พอสมควรค่ะ
