係鳳城酒家（太子）結業前，有幸跟友人趕上尾班車，其實亦係我第一次食。好踏實嘅舊式順德酒家味道。我帶咗西班牙白酒Javier Sanz Coleccion V Malcorta Verdejo Singular 2018年同鳳城告別，充滿白花、蜜糖及杏脯香，配蝦多士及乳豬一流。多謝友人嘅舊版Hennessy XO ，配焗西米布甸perfect!😋🥃
It’s my first & last time trying Fung Shing restaurant (Prince Edward) before its closure. It’s an authentic Shunde restaurant with traditional taste. I brought a bottle of Spanish white wine Javier Sanz Coleccion V Malcorta Verdejo Singular 2018 to say goodbye to Fung Shing. The floral, honey & apricot notes of the wine matched well with deep-fried shrimp toasts & suckling pig! Thanks my friend for the old bottle Hennessy XO. It matched perfectly with baked sago pudding! 😋🥃
