#當組織越來越扁平
20年來，習慣了「頂頭上司只有一個」的職場環境，
卻在執行專案任務時，遇到一些挑戰，
因為無權=沒有話語權，更別說還要讓其他人跟著做事。
但還好，「彈性」是我的特質，總會找到方法讓大家一起來共識，
公司的事，某種程度就是公眾之事，也非我個人之事，
所以請大家一起來協作，的確可行。
#跨部門溝通
當來自不同單位的人要一起共事，
PL的協調能力與高度常常就是專案成敗的關鍵之一。
此文很適合有帶領專案任務的人讀一讀。

1.既然沒有權力，要用什麼方式讓其他人願意和你一起完成任務？法拉利表示，無權領導的核心精神是，領導者要與員工、跨部門組織共同成長（co-elevating），讓大家願意一起面對目標。
2.團隊指的不是部門或下屬，是能助你達成目標的人
3.當你能夠用比較大的視角，看待組織裡的其他人，你就會知道你需要妥善經營身邊所有共事者的關係，才能談論如何共同成長、一起進步。
4.人與人之間的關係分為 5 種狀態，最常見的是「共存」（coexist state），在這層關係裡，人們即使被指派到同一個專案，也各行其是。其次是「合作」（collaboration state），成員發現光靠自己擁有的資源，不能完成任務，只好合作。最好的情況是共同成長（co-elevating state），人人自動自發互相幫助。
但當協作變得太有挑戰時，關係可能會惡化到「抵制」狀態（resist state）。你與同事、主管的關係會緊張起來。最壞的情況將導致「怨恨」狀態（resentment state），人們各顧各的，只是形式上合作，實際上不管對方死活。從這個角度去理解職場關係，你會知道你和哪一個人的關係最緊張，哪一項任務造成團隊分歧，就能對症下藥，優先處理這些人事物。
