In this fast moving world, it has become a norm for us to chase things that we think matter more than us; we eventually neglect our well-being until we experience total burn out. You ignore all the signs your body is giving you because in your mind, every minute you stop to rest adds an extra work into your already "over-flowing" list. It’s not difficult but you don’t want to stop but I beg you to stop neglecting yourself. You are your responsible. Your body is your most valuable asset. Your mind is your power. Nurture your body and mind. Create a space for you to unwind, at-least an hour a day. Do anything that brings you happiness. Anything at all. Laugh. Smile. Be happy. You only get once chance at life; don’t waste it for them who would easily find a replacement once you’ve collapsed.
