Craving for some “normal beef” after coming back from trips to Japan. Was here because of their newly launched Wellington beef, perfectly made with amazingly soft and tender fillet used. Beef tartare was good as well as two kinds of beef was added with beef heart and puffed beef tendon, lovely texture from each bite. Of course the rib-eye steak from Galloway was good too.
