Strala (Grace Khoo)
Strala means to radiate light in Swedish. Founded by Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, Strala is an easygoing style of yoga movement from NYC. You are encouraged and guided to explore, express, breathe and move from your center, to find what works best for your body. Deep breathing with feeling good connections are the goals.

Budokon (Tony Robson)
Budokon yoga is a contemporary, dynamic combination of traditional hatha yoga and martial arts. Budokon helps build strength, increase joint mobility and muscle flexibility while challenging our own sense of what is possible.

Kirtan (Loo Jia Wen)
The practice of kirtan is a simple, joyful immersion in sound, singing and age-old mantra. Follow along with your voice, no judgment and all love, as we sing our way through Sanskrit, Tibetan, Buddhist and kundalini mantras into stillness and bliss. For those interested, toning/singing meditation with harmonium is available daily.

Energy Exchange: RM1500 single occupancy ; RM1140 per pax double occupancy

Includes: Yoga and music, accommodation, full vegetarian ayurvedic meals, ferry transfer, beach hike, island tour
