清腸蔬菜湯療
外國近年除了流行蔬果汁療程,也推祟湯療,意即只喝湯代替正餐,更易於消化,讓腸胃休息。雖然暖湯比生冷的蔬果汁相對養生,但只喝湯而不進食其實也不算為均衡飲食,今天介紹大家一個清淡的蔬菜湯,有很好的清腸暢便功效,不妨在週末時烹煮,全家人一起來一碗,簡單加一道魚肉,如烤三文魚柳或鱸魚,配以白飯,又或是將通粉放在蔬菜湯中一同食用,就是健康滿滿的清淡晚餐!
蔬菜湯調味小貼士:
想為蔬菜湯增加風味,可在煲煮時加入一至兩片月桂葉,最後飲用時添加少許自己喜歡的香草如歐芹、百里香,又或是灑上少量乾辣椒碎、黑胡椒作調味。
排毒雜菜素湯
材料:洋蔥3個、番茄4個、青椒1個、西芹半棵、椰菜1個、洋薏米30克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。洋蔥去皮切半,番茄、青椒切大塊備用。西芹、椰菜去椗切段或件備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約40分鐘,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:改善消化不良,滑腸通便。
Vegetable soup to clean bowel
In recent years, in addition to the popular juice detox, some places are also promoting soup treatment, which means that to have soup instead of normal meals, which is easier to digest and allows the stomach to rest. Although warm soup is relatively healthy than cold/raw juices, it is not a balanced diet to drink soup instead of eating. The below light vegetable soup has a good effect on cleaning the bowel to relieve constipation. Let’s make it on the weekend for the whole family. Simply add a piece of fish, such as grilled salmon fillet or striped bass, serve it with rice, or put the macaroni in the vegetable soup together. A healthy light dinner is ready!
Vegetable soup seasoning tips:
If you want to add flavor to the vegetable soup, you can add one or two bay leaves when boiling. Add a bit of your favorite herbs such as parsley or thyme, or sprinkle with a small amount of dried chili and black pepper to taste before having the soup.
Detoxifying vegetable soup
Ingredients: 3 onions, 4 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, half of a celery, 1 cabbage, 30g pearl barley
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Cut the tomatoes and green peppers into large pieces. Remove pedicel of celery and cabbage and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Effect: improves indigestion and loosens the bowels to relieve constipation

#明明是聊果汁排毒為何放了一個烤肉的影片XDD
所以我上禮拜做了一個 7 days juice cleanse的療程
基本上這7天內只能喝收到的產品 -> 綠色蔬果汁green juice, 蛋白素protein shakes, 和打成泥的蔬菜湯detox soup
每天的進食行程就是 喝水喝果汁喝蛋白素喝水喝水喝果汁喝水喝水喝果汁喝蛋白素喝水喝果汁喝湯喝水喝水
一天大概要喝進6000ml的流質...
打到這我都快吐了

總之前兩天真的很痛苦, 不是因為餓, 而是喝得很撐.....Orz
加上狂喝=狂尿尿, 一天大概會跑個十幾次廁所.... (但尿尿就是在排毒)
到第三天差不多開始習慣, 殊不知接踵而來是時不時的肚子餓。 超餓那種。
尤其是公司的午餐時間... 各種香味到底是想逼死誰!!
不過最後還是憑著驚人的毅力撐過來了~ (從來不知道我這麼能忍)
七天排毒完成!

那到底cleanse的結果如何?
我個人覺得最明顯的一點就是皮膚變好
在整個療程結束之後(過程中沒啥感覺), 某天早上醒來發現臉上透著一種從沒見過的亮澤! 一種白白透透的亮
有點像剛敷完面膜時肌膚吃飽水的感覺, 但是更自然
再來就是掉體重, 我7天大概掉了兩公斤
但這個是廢話, 一個禮拜沒吃東西不瘦才有鬼~
一旦開始正常進食 體重也會很快就恢復~ 我差不多吃三天就回來了吧 哈哈哈

結論是:
我覺得juice cleanse適合那種一個禮拜後有重要活動要參加的人
(像是婚禮 拍婚紗 金馬獎頒獎典禮 新歌發表會 見失散多年的愛人或是心儀的網友.. 等等)
不然就把錢省下來吧 (´_ゝ`)

I'm mixing it up with one of my favourite Asian dishes, Lei Cha. It literally means pounded tea. The green soup is prepared by pounding a variety of tea leaves including Green Tea & Oolong, which are know for weight loss. It is then served with a bowl of brown rice topped with a variety of herbs & vegetables including green beans, spinach, celery stalks, coriander and roasted peanuts. This bowl of goodness is know to help with weight loss, improves ones digestive system, cleanse & detox the body and also to give you beautiful complexion. ☺️

These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. If this is your first time using a new ingredient, rather than changing the recipe completely, start by swapping a small portion. You might not get it at the right taste or consistency to begin with. But that’s the fun part, keep experimenting until you find the right balance.

2) TRAIN your eyes
Stare at close object → Strain our eyes → Eye muscles contract
Look into a distance → Eye muscles relax
3) RELAX your eyes
- Palming
- Cucumber Cooler
4) PROTECT your eyes
- avoid reading for long periods of time, especially small print.
- Reduce the use of dim or artificial light, choose natural lighting instead.
- Avoid spending many hours in front of screens, give your eyes a break!
- When it’s night time, choose the night mode on your phone and computer to reduce the amount of light going into your eyes.
- Take a break, go for a walk outside and stare at a distance.
