Spirulina itself is prominence in taste and may not be the friendliest to most of us. One way to include them into your diet is by mixing in your juices or smoothies. Here in my juice, is more bitter gourd but the tastier ratio should be more cucumber instead. After all, bitter gourd isn't as popular compared to most vegetables. Take note to have smaller bitter gourd portion of you are starting to consume this juice.
