要第一名的話你沒辦法靠著關係
要第一名的話沒有任何天份幫助到你
要第一名的話沒辦法作弊或有接近方式
要第一名的話，不管多少好運，幫不到你
要第一名的話coattails也不會給你冠軍
要第一名就是要努力認真訓練。必須要有鐵意志力和中心才能有一點成功的機會。天天吃那麼辛苦的營養食物，要控制所有任何生活方面才能有機會上台比賽。不能撕夜完，喝酒，不管睡眠不足。
下面我直接用了英文因為這個話題感覺在我的母語比較強。要的話可以翻譯但意思可能會差喔。
Everyone sees the result, but nobody sees the sacrifice, hard work, iron will and dedication it takes to be a champion. Nobody sees the disproportionate amount of hours spent on your craft working your ass off until you want to puke. Nobody sees you wake up at 5am to start your day and begin contest prep training.
These are the differences between a winner and a loser. The sacrifice and the choice between being mediocre or average, those that choose to settle for a life of comfortability and mediocrity vs those who choose to walk the path of a dreamer.
