昨天為了撫平莎上課受挫的心
實現她們二個想自己做餅乾的願望！
食譜配方我打成中文在這～
奶酥餅乾配方：
室溫軟化的無鹽奶油 70g
全蛋半顆（25g）
糖粉60g
低筋麵粉160g（巧克力口味就是改成麵粉150，巧克力粉10）
1.室溫軟化的無鹽奶油加進糖粉拌勻，打發至發白狀
2.加進蛋液拌勻
3.低筋麵粉分三次加進麵糊，揉成團後，壓平放冷凍20分鐘
4.取出桿成6mm薄片就可以壓模
5.烤箱160度十分鐘完成！

I've always wanted to vlog in Mandarin so here it is!! Celebrated my sister's birthday, we went out on our sister's day had some Indian food, went out took pics etc. My mandarin is actually not that bad right?? This time I bring you guys the Hearthstone card reveal video for the Splitting Axe – a Shaman weapon card! Since I am also a huge fan of Blizzard, it’s really a pleasure to collaborate with Blizzard and Hearthstone team for producing this video – hope you like it!
The awesome Lego scene was created by the Ambassador of Recognized Lego online community – Cid Hsiao. This is also my first time to use Sony A73 full-frame DSLR for video shooting, it really brings the quality to the next level - it took me about two weeks and 1,400+ photos for completing this video.
Moving forward, I will keep bringing you guys more video creations, and thanks for supporting me, till next time!
