SOP & GUIDELINES
- Make sure to scan and register through the QR Code by using MySejahtera app upon entry.
- Temperature checks will be conducted before entering. Temperatures above 37.5°C will be denied entry.
- Please wear a face mask before and after your workout.
- If you are unwell (e.g. cough, sneezing, flu, or fever), you are advised to stay at home.
- Maximum of 20 people in the gym at any one time (including gym staff/contractors).
- Each session is limited to 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
- No group training allowed.
- We recommend that you come fully dressed in your workout attire.
- No showers will be allowed during peak hours until further notice
- No loitering before and after your session.
- Bring extra clothes to change and your own towel as only our fans will be turned on.
- We will provide disinfectant spray. Use it to wipe down the machines/equipment before and after each use.
- Re-rack weights/equipment after each use.
- We recommend that you perform your warm-ups/cool-downs at the outdoor/studio area.
- Please practise social distancing during your workout (1-3 meters apart). Keep yourselves and others safe at all times.

- Book your sessions before 10pm one day before your intended session.
- You may only book 1 session per day.
- Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

MEMBERSHIPS
- No new memberships or packages will be sold until further notice.
- Existing memberships will be unfrozen. We will add an additional 3 months to the end date of your membership to take into consideration the current situation. E.g. if your membership was originally ending on 28 June 2020, it will now end on 27 September 2020 instead.
- If you have bought 6 months / 12 months packages, we will also add 3 months in the same manner as above.
- If you have bought a monthly package for March 2020, it will be valid until the end of June 2020.
