I Fat 悄悄地发现到大山脚又有新开咖啡馆了！这家咖啡馆富有欧式时尚风格，悠闲又有情调，每个座位都有自己的角落与空间，让人觉得很舒适，放松与自在～
其实这里是［虹绘画中心］老板Khing Chan开设的咖啡馆，前面是咖啡馆，后面是绘画室～店里摆设了很多老板亲自作画的作品与粘土公仔（人形公仔，可爱熊🐻，一对幸福公公与婆婆👨🦳👩🦳，李小龙，马云等等）～
《Khing Cafe》主打千层蛋糕，提拉米苏，芝士蛋糕，咖啡，花茶与苏打饮料～这里的蛋糕都是自家烘培的，主打健康，少糖与无添加防腐剂～他们的千层蛋糕与芝士蛋糕是必点的，真的超级美味又不甜腻～
而且每个星期都会更换不同口味哦～

↣ 2 cups of strawberries 2杯士多啤梨
↣ 2 tbsp of water 2湯匙水
↣ 2 tbsp of sugar 2湯匙糖
↣ 1 tbsp of matcha powder 1湯匙抹茶粉

Today I am making the trending Dalgona Coffee that gone viral in TikTok. It's a sweet Frothy Whipped Coffee with a silky texture almost taste like coffee icecream.also known as cloud coffee.
how to make it :
Classic Dalgona Coffee Recipe:
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot or cold water
whip equal parts of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water together until they’re thick and frothy. Then, you fill your cup with the milk of your choice, hot or cold. Top your glass with few dollops of coffee foam. There you have it dalgona coffee.enjoy
