昨晚在青旅，隔壁床的摩洛哥媽媽看著我的眼睛，一字一句的對我說：「如果你打從心底喜歡你自己，你的每一天都會過得像派對般精彩無比；但如果你討厭你自己，你這輩子就毀了！」
在這之前她的生活是在阿拉伯社會的摩洛哥，那裡已婚的女人只能跟其他已婚的女人還有兒童互動，人們的思想非常封閉。她說來到歐洲工作之後，她的思想從此徹底改變，而她也無法使用這套思想，與摩洛哥的家人與親友溝通。若回到了摩洛哥探親，她必須切換回，所謂「阿拉伯女人」的心智。
當然出國也不完全是這樣負面的事，在異鄉的生活與旅途裡，能讓人領悟到很多、很多的事。
我發現，當你真心的對待一個人時，那個人也會很真心的對待你；當你在他說話時真摯的望入他的雙眸，即使不透過觸碰，他也能感受到你的溫暖與真誠，他便會以同等的真誠回報。
我發現，如果你以同樣的基本假設對待生活中的每一件事，你會錯過很多很棒、很棒的事。我們總是以有色的眼光與既定的價值觀與這個世界互動。因為概化、類推與分組讓人類能夠記憶、思考，讓生活更加便捷。可是這樣的心智能力是跳板卻也是枷鎖。你的假設，你的不安能讓你錯過太多、太多的機會。
我發現，生命中的許多美好時光，往往都在克服恐懼，克服不安之後。因為在那個時刻，你相信，世界可以擁抱，人類可以相信、愛人與被愛。而在那一刻，你也打從心底的喜歡自己，慶幸自己，沒輸給自己當初的假設與不安。
在這一刻，你享受生命，無論先前發生了什麼鳥事（大笑
很多時候，我們不是輸給生命，而是輸給自己。
很多時候，不是需要永不放棄，而是要永遠都能夠，再次相信。
Last night in hostel of Copenhagen, the friend next bed from Morocco looking into my eyes, she said, “ If you like yourself, everyday of your life will be remarkably amazing. However, if you hate yourself, you are screwed!”
Before we met, she was a mother of her son in Arabic society of Morocco. The life there was so restricted. The married women can only talk to another married women and children. And people there were isolated and conservative. After she came to work in Europe, her way of thinking has been changed, and she can’t communicate with her family and friends with this kind of mindset. If she goes back for visits, she must turn herself into so-called “Arabic women” mindset.
Well, the life in another continent does much more than that. We don’t have to be that pessimistic（lol). In this half year, I’ve learned lots of amazing things. I found out that if you treat people with your true heart, they would treat you in the same way. When you look into people eyes with your heart while they talk, even without any touch, they can feel your warm and genuine. And they reply you with their hearts.
I also found out that if you treat every single thing in your life with same assumption, you would miss lots of brilliant things in the world. We always look at this world with our fixed mindset and values. Generalization, analogy, and grouping let people memorize and think fast. They make life better, but also worse. The assumptions in our mind sometime make us fear. And we lose lots of opportunities because we’re afraid.
I realized that the beautiful moments of our life often come from the moments we overcome our fear about life. Because at that moment, we believe the world is amazing, and people can love and be loved. Aat the moment, you like yourself by heart. You’re glad you didn’t lose to your assumption and fear.
And at this moment, you enjoy life. No matter what sh*t happen before (lol).
We’re never constrained by life itself. We’re just constrained by ourselves.
And sometimes, it’s not about “never give up”. It’s about the ability to believe again, again, and again.
