Our moment | When I was busy setting up Central Smile , I worked for 18 hours a day, rushing to complete the project. I had stopped exercising completely because I was just too exhausted. My Mama was very worried about me and pleaded me to find my balance before my health was affected.
Now, I’m enjoying twice a week of yoga, pilates and torq (watch my highlight on Instagram for TORQ - Hong Kong circuits)
