菲爾坐在淡水河邊的陽台上，整理整理他的插枝蘭花，一邊敲著他的鍵盤，上傳部落格後對著僅有的一個讀者本人我宣布：我還做了一個漫畫！
不要誤會，這不是搞笑文。他覺得這幾天捉弄那些抹黑他的人夠了，enough fun already 他得寫點正經的東西才不會讓人以為他是諧星。
這篇有點嚴肅，我得喝三杯咖啡才能翻譯，因為本人還是整個搞笑的心情。和台灣沒有關係，政黨阿米巴們不要自己對號入座，他的眼界不止台灣，不要臭美以為他整天盯著你們。
Yah-boo sucks 是非常英式的說法，就是不論三七二十一，我是對的你是錯的，而且我也不需要證明為什麼這樣。就是非常中二的意思？

今天講講我們可以從馬來西亞領袖的公關白痴行為學到甚麼教訓？
大家都知道馬來西亞的前首相因為法國老師展示漫畫版回教先知來講述言論表達自由後，被一回教徒割喉殺死。
結果老馬社交媒體上寫了一文殊被勒令刪除掉因為違反了該社交媒體的暴力言論規矩。其文大約是說因為過去法國曾經有過大屠殺，一些被殺的是回教徒，所以回教有權憤怒的屠殺上百萬的法國人，但大部份回教徒沒有執行以牙還牙的律法。（原文：Muslims have a right to be angry and to xxxx millions of xxxxxx people for the massacres of the past. But by and large, the Muslims have not applied the ‘eye for an eye’ law. Muslims don’t. The French shouldn’t. Instead the French should teach their people to respect other people’s feelings---Mahathir's deleted tweet)
確實的，社交媒體是對這種說有權要殺甚麼人或甚麼種族的言論，會有規範。
當然，新聞一公佈後，全世界嘩然。
這件事我們可以學到甚麼？
1）緊接著對比了一個馬來西亞女生在台留學發生不幸的事件，台灣總統的反應是很快的就像馬來西亞道歉。
這個對比當然不是對等的比較，外國人來到我們的國家，犧牲性命來，我們國家的負責人向人家道歉，屬正常。
呵呵，法國老師被一個控制不了自己憤怒的回教徒殺了，真的是不關一個前國家領袖無關的。殺人犯也不是馬來西亞人，發生的兇殺也不是在馬來西亞，當然老馬識不需要做任何公關舉動。老實說，關你屁事？
2）一個國家的領袖，就算自己是回教徒或非回教徒，發生了這種事情，如果你要在公關上曝個光、露個臉或耍過存在感，就說：『發生了這種不必要的悲劇，我深感遺憾和傷心，希望犧牲者得以安息。』
這就夠了。
3）就算你想為那回教徒辯護，也沒有必要扯到歷史、人文、和其他不相關的東西上。
老馬還笨到寫了上千個字的辯護，當中還評論法國人不是真正的基督徒，只是形式上的基督徒。（媽的，關基督教甚麼事？）又扯上西方文化古代的時候女人也是要全身遮蓋，只能露臉，現在甚麼都露出來，連一些沙灘還是全裸的。（WTF，為甚麼不順便也抨擊所有的AV行業？）
4）他被刪除的文字，你若細讀，其實他的情緒是很矛盾的。
你想像一下，一個女生若得罪了一個男人，那男人跟她說『其實你這樣得罪我，我是有權憤怒到強姦你後，在殺你全家的。但，我不會這樣做，因為我不相信以牙還牙，為甚麼你不能好好的理解我的感受？你父母沒教你嗎？』
這不是表達遺憾，不是表達傷心，不是表達歉意，而是很鬼祟的表達威脅。
他媽的，你都已經說了這是那個回教徒的個人行為來，你幹嘛還要說全回教徒有權殺你們全國呢？（WTF）
以此，我只能推斷這是老馬自己的情緒對號入座。全世界都知道你曾經是代表了一個國家的領袖，這種事件發生的時候，你的言論依然是代表國家的，你私人的看法不是這個時候告訴全世界的。
5）其實就算老馬要道歉，也不對。就好像前陣子有個女生用約炮軟件搞了個一夜情後，懷孕了。結果很搞笑的上報要求對方負責任補給她養孩子的費用。
難道我們身為男人就要出來向這個女的說『我要為那些搞一夜情不戴套的男人道歉』嗎？（WTF，關我甚麼屁事？）
6）不過整個割喉事件，我們的前前首相納吉是抽水得最漂亮！
有報章說納吉罕見的為老馬的敏感言論辯護，但有看過我之前寫Nando‘s 沒素食餐事件的，都知道這時候為被圍剿者辯護，其實等於踩多對方一腳。當時有女藝人為來被圍剿的男藝人朋友辯護，說他人很好云云，說其實Nando’s 因為這事件而被留意，還要感謝那位被圍剿的男藝人。（然後更多人圍剿這位女藝人）
納吉聰明的地方是他說他相信如果你看完老馬所有的貼文，他的意思應該不是你們解讀的那樣，就算他是你們解讀的那樣，其實也只是他一個人的想法，不代表全馬來西亞。（納吉原文：The world should calm down and read @ chedetofficial’s statement in its full context. I’m sure he didn’t mean exactly what he said. And even if he did, it’s his personal opinion, not Malaysia’s）
看起來是為老馬辯護，但因為只是籠統的說『我相信這不是他的原意』，你想像一下，你朋友出軌被老婆抓包，然後你跟他老婆說『我相信你老公不是有意的』，老婆會有甚麼反應？
接下來納吉又說『就算他有這個原意，也只是代表他一個人而已』，這裡踩得漂亮。（納吉就吃著他的Super ring 打眼色）
7）總結一下：
如果表達遺憾，就表達遺憾。
如果真的關你的事，要道歉，就表達道歉，沒有必要在道歉中又附加你創業有多辛苦，或你宗教的信徒過去有多少被殺。（台灣總統道歉，有必要要說他們的建國的艱辛史嗎？）
要抨擊西方文化有問題，拜他媽的託，不是在這事件上評論的。

📌 這篇文章是關於日本首相 (Prime Minister) 安倍晉三 (Shinzo Abe) 辭職 (resign)一事。副標題道出首相的健康狀況：潰瘍性結腸炎(ulcerative colitis)，是個醫學專有名詞。
TOKYO—Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said he would resign because of a painful intestinal condition, ending his rule after he held the top job longer than anyone else.
Mr. Abe, 65 years old, said he would stay in office until a successor is chosen, likely in September. The ruling Liberal Democratic Party has the power to make the choice—likely in a vote by party lawmakers and other leaders—because it controls a majority in parliament, which elects the prime minister.
📌 這段除了重複標題和副標題的内容外，它指出安倍晉三是在任首相中最長久的，他會留任到後繼人 (successor) 被選出。執政的自由民主黨 (the ruling Liberal Democratic Party) 有權做出選擇，因為它控制國會的大多數 (a majority in parliament)。

📌 這段引述一位學者的意見和川普的話，目的是支持安倍晉三跟川普之間緊密關係的論點。川普說他要向安培晉三致以最崇高的敬意 (pay my highest respect)。
On the economic side, Mr. Abe’s legacy is more mixed. After the blow from the coronavirus pandemic this year, the Japanese economy, the world’s third-largest, was smaller in the April-to-June quarter than it was when Mr. Abe retook the top job in 2012.
Working nearly without a break on the pandemic response this year took a toll on the prime minister’s health. He has long suffered from ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune condition that can result in painful ulcers and sores in the large intestine.

Your Excellency,
私たちは今日、ウガンダのムセヴェニ大統領によって法制化された反同性愛法のヘイトに対して抗議するため、ここに立っています。グローバルコミュニティの市民による世界的な抗議は、同性愛者を終身刑に処し、同性愛者を報告しなかった者を7年ものあいだ収監する同法が、まったく受け入れ難いものであることを明らかにしました。私たちは、市民の仲間として、ウガンダの人々と東京に住んでいることを心から喜んでおり、だからこそ、この非人間的な法制への抗議を続けなければならないのです。
We stand here today in protest against the Anti-Gay Hate Law enacted by the President Mseveni of Uganda. The protests worldwide by the citizens of global community have made clear that the law which sentences homosexual persons to life-in-prison and puts anyone who fails to report them in jail for 7 years is utterly inacceptable. It is precisely because we rejoice in having Ugandans among us in the citizenry of Tokyo that we must continue to protest this inhumane legislation.
ウガンダの外務大臣であるサム・クテサ氏が国連総会議長に任命された最近の出来事は、人間社会の基本原則の侵害を拒否する私たちの意思をいささかも減じるものではありません。この基本原則とは、ジェンダー、性的志向、人種、身体的能力、あるいは他の属性に関わらず、すべての人が有する尊厳に対する平等な尊重にほかなりません。これらの属性は、何人も変えることが出来ず、変えさせられるべきでもないものです。
The recent appointment of Mr. Sam Kutesa, the foreign minister of Uganda, to the president of the United Nations's General Assembly will in no way diminish our refusal to accept violation of the basic principles of humanity, which is respect for the equal dignity of all persons regardless of gender, sexual orientations, race, physical capacities and any other characteristics that a person cannot and should not be forced to change.
大使さまは、反同性愛法によってムセヴェニ大統領とサム・クテサ外務大臣が引き起こした世界的な憤りが、東京でも同様に強いことを、彼らに伝えてくださらなければなりません。そして、この法律が撤回されるまで、私たちの抗議が止むことも、私たちがウガンダの同性愛者の窮状を無視することもないという事実を、伝えてくださらなければなりません。
Your Excellency Ms. Ambassador, you must tell President Mseveni and Foreign Minister Sam Kutesa that the global outrage they have caused by the Anti-Gay Law is no less strong in Tokyo, and that our protest will not cease nor will we ignore the plight of gay people in Uganda until the law is repealed.

東京都品川区にあるブルネイ大使館前でブルネイ・ダルサラーム国の「同性愛者への石打ち刑」に反対する抗議行動が行なわれました。
同性愛行為に対する刑罰を10年間の懲役刑から、石打ち刑（石による撲殺での死刑＝下半身を土に埋められた人に向けて集団で石を投げて惨殺する刑）になった事に対して世界的に激しい抗議が行なわれています。
この抗議行動は個人の呼びかけで行なわれたものです。

駐日ブルネイ・ダルサラーム国大使閣下
先ごろブルネイ・ダルサラーム国王陛下が施行を宣言した貴国のイスラム刑法令には、同性愛行為に対する石打ちによる死刑などの体刑が含まれており、これが国際社会に大きな困惑をもたらしていることは明白です。どうかご注意いただきたいのは、私たちにはイスラームやイスラーム法を非難する意図はなく、こうした刑罰を執行する意思のみに反対しているということです。
この法律は、ブルネイ・ダルサラーム国のLGBTの人々の基本的人権を侵害しており、国際社会の一員としての私たちはこの法改正を決して看過することはできません。
私たちはこの法律に怒りを覚える日本の市民であり、したがってこれに強く抗議するものであります。大使閣下、この法律は貴国にとって不名誉以外のなにものでもないと私たちは考えています。即座に国王陛下に法の撤回を求めるべきです。

"Protest against the "Stoning To Death" Punishment for LGBTs: Bruneian Embassy in Tokyo" (May 4th 2014)
Dear Mr. Excellency Ambassador,
It has become evident to the international community that the Syariah Penal Code Order in your respected country, including corporal punishments such as stoning to death for homosexual acts, which His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has recently declared to enforce, has caused a great dismay. Please note that we do not intend to condemn the Islamic religion nor the Syariah, but your intention of enforcing such punishments. The Law violates the fundamental human rights of the LGBT people in Brunei Darussalam, and we as the members of the international community cannot possibly ignore this development.
We are Japanese citizens who are outraged by the Law, and we will not let it pass without our strongest protest. Mr. Excellency Ambassador, we believe that the Law is nothing but a disgrace to the honor of your country which we respect. You must tell His Majesty to repeal the Law immediately.
