最近開始練習每天發 Instagram。本來是想每天寫部落格，但看了《An Audience of One （註）》說如果要養成習慣，就要從「最小可行動作（Minimum Viable Action）開始，而寫部落格的最小動作是什麼？也許發 Instagram 可以算吧！

神奇的是，這樣的小轉變連帶讓一些卡很久的事情也開始轉動，在思想上去掉一些累贅，增加一些自我。

還算喜歡現在的生活，忙著在時常失調的動態平衡中抓住夢想，找尋一些確定感。人生很好玩，不過，我還需要再更勇敢些，深呼吸，蹲低，然後飛遠遠。

註：《An Audience of One》是最近正在看的 Srinivas Rao 的新書，沒有中文版，原文如下：
「The common pitfall that most people become victims of when adopting new habits is attempting to make drastic, unsustainable changes. As a result the habit doesn’t stick. The easiest way to make a habit stick is by taking what our content strategist Kingshuk Mukherjee calls a “minimum viable action,” which is the smallest possible thing you can do to reach your goal.」
