今天感謝Artlas 團隊將我心愛的 A SCENT 化成一間藝廊，為期一個月的意識﹒山展覽開始囉。

大家知道我爸媽在台中經營一間藝廊，雖然我平時躲在台北遠離家族塵囂，但其實我對選品、佈展等等還是略知一二的。

這次很幸運有年輕團隊前來合作，試圖將展覽和保養選物空間整合起來，甚至出了聯名商品，不找立刻帶銷量的異業合作而先做藝術品聯名，難怪我那麼缺錢，但其實我是完全開放，甚至放任這一切執行的。

「沒關係，It's gonna be fine. 反正你們會弄得很像樣吧。」成為我對他們說最多次的話，雖然這可以算是另一種情緒勒索，但我從看完選品的那刻，就完全相信他們做得到。

這幾年學到最多的事：找到專業人才，把舞台交給他。
我負責把舞台搭好，演員發光發熱的時候不愁照不亮自己。

就像是現在合作的調香團隊、設計團隊、配方團隊，常常三言兩語他們就替我弄出一個漂亮到不行我自己驚豔的成品。

當然不能否認我自己相當有才華，常常覺得我是天才，市面上的複方精油我現在自己調配都能摸出個八成，關於設計的素材也是手邊有越來越多美麗的案例。

但在自己業務變多的同時，也開始在乎是不是可以幫助到年輕的朋友?
比如我的實習生、員工、攝影師，甚至各團隊。

像是這次攝影師跟我說照片拍得「蠻讚的。」我就全然相信一定很讚，不然我到底找他幹嘛。

現在時不時有好玩的專案向我招手，比如一起開店、甚至最近有人找我開發很厲害的保養品甚至是家具，這些本來就是我熱愛的事。

但要說不害怕是騙人的，我現在很難把心交出去，會不會又把自己置於一個白癡團隊，做著討厭的事?

最近某個朝我招手的有趣專案，來自一個資本雄厚的團隊，我向他坦言我遇到過討厭的主管我就會立刻離職，他說：「我懂，這就是年輕人的…..」我原以為他會說衝動，結果從他口中說出的是「沮喪。」

這兩個字強而有力而精確深刻。

他沒有否定我的決定，反而檢討是不是，我沮喪了?
我必須承認，在這一刻我非常動心，幾乎被招募了。

在我自己飛快成長的時候，合作的年輕人是不是於此同時有那麼些沮喪?
我可以做些什麼?
或甚至，什麼都不做，就退一步讓他們發揮是最好的呢?
