Thou sometimes after performing few abs routine using this slider, I kinda hate it 😂 it’s a love hate relationship kinda thing.

I have to retrain back my core as I’ve lost strength due to hip injury (which is so silly as it wasn’t caused by bad form but due to bad gym equipment maintenance 😒). Long story short, I was suppose to do hip thrust on barbell, however, since all barbells were occupied, I resorted to use lying leg curl to perform the exercise. Machine was full plate loaded and I did my 4th thrust...and on top position, the pad, moved and I felt something shifter on my lower back. Immediately felt a tingling numb buzz and I seriously thought I had caused myself disc injury. But I went for MRI and result can’t detect anything. Even went to do ultra sound but nope..can’t detect it either. How I wish we have the motion MRI so I can find out what is the prob actually. This injury had caused me to lose strength on my left lower abs and my hips easily get shifted and iffy. So ladies, be extra careful with equipment in gym as sometimes, due to bad maintenance it can cause u permanent injury. I’ve learn my lesson definitely 😒

Been doing lots of rehab and intend to get active back in doing yoga. Also pilates!
