蔬果汁排毒法很適合大魚大肉後的體內大掃除,只是聞到食物的味道會有點受不鳥啦,貪吃如我沒有成功完成一整天過,但是吃對食物+喝蔬果汁還是很有幫助欸 連續兩天都生產出綠色 💩💩 感覺清爽
上週春假(不是學生還自己硬要放春假?😁)放肆的吃肉喝酒,飲食控制與運動規劃完全失控了整整一週😅,漢堡薯條酒精non stop之外,昨晚還吃了韓國烤肉,再前一晚吃了日本料理...
最近找到一個好像很適合目前需求的三日蔬果汁排毒法,目標不是瘦身,而是把吃進太多的髒東西都趕出體外🍀🍌🍍🍋🍎 方法:一整天每隔兩個小時喝一瓶蔬果汁,六瓶蔬果汁在一天內喝完,果汁與果汁中間喝大量的水,整天不吃其他食物。
昨天買了所有材料還有特地挑了可愛的水瓶來執行這個計畫,花了一個多小時打了好幾瓶果汁好好玩,可是我這個沒毅力又貪吃的豬🐷,實在是抵抗不了辦公室同事午餐炸雞披薩的香味,一下班回家就吵著要吃晚餐了 Orz... 第一天就宣告失敗,但是神奇的是今天上班八個小時大概跑了10次廁所 然後其中4次是💩💩耶!
喝這個果汁其實真的不會餓,因為有好多種營養和纖維,每喝完一瓶都飽好久。但真心建議不要在很多食物香味的地方執行,不然真的好痛苦😭 整天喝這蔬果汁並不會無力或是沒精神,我今天還有做三十分鐘的有氧運動~ 身體感覺也蠻輕鬆的,決定選擇比較不會有誘惑的週日再嘗試一次!
執行前體重53.5kg,體脂15.5%,肌肉量41.5kg,今日體重52.8kg,體脂15%,肌肉量41.8kg。體重輕了但體脂與肌肉量沒有明顯降低或上升,表示確實把腸子裡的💩💩都給趕走了😬
以下分享蔬果汁食譜及Shopping List:
Green Juice (Juices 1 and 3)
綠果汁- 果汁1號與3號
Juice the following:
1 handful of kale
一把羽衣甘藍
1 handful of spinac
一把菠菜
1 kiwi, peeled
一顆削皮奇異果
2 Granny Smith apples
兩顆綠蘋果🍏
1 banana (blend with juice in blender)
香蕉一根🍌
Pineapple-Apple Cucumber Juice (Juice 2)
鳳梨蘋果小黃瓜果汁-果汁2號
Juice the following:
1/2 pineapple, with skin/leaves removed
半顆削皮鳳梨
2 red apples
紅蘋果兩顆 🍎🍎
1/2 cucumber
半條小黃瓜
Special Lemonade (Juice 4)
特調檸檬汁-果汁4號
Fill a bottle 7/8 full of filtered water.

Juice of 1 Lemon

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Blend all ingredients together:
1 cup raw whole cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours

キャラメルバナナチーズケーキ
直径18㎝の丸型1台分
材料:
ビスケット 約100g
無塩バター 40g
■キャラメルバナナ
水 大さじ1
砂糖 50g
バナナ 1本
生クリーム 50ml
クリームチーズ 200g
砂糖 40g
薄力粉 20g
卵 1個
レモン汁 大さじ1
生クリーム 150ml
作り方:
1.ビスケットは袋に入れてスプーンの背や瓶でなどで砕く。無塩バターを溶かしてビスケットと混ぜる。冷蔵庫に入れておく。
2.クッキングシートを敷いた型に1を入れて底に敷き詰める。
3.キャラメルバナナを作る。バナナは5㎜厚さの輪切りにする。小鍋に水と砂糖を入れて中火にかける。茶色くなってきたら火を止めてバナナ、生クリームを加えて混ぜる。
4.ミキサーにクリームチーズ、砂糖、薄力粉、卵、レモン汁、生クリームを入れて滑らかになるまで回す。
5.3を加えて軽く混ぜる。
6.2の型に流し入れる。170℃に温めたオーブンで40分焼く。型のまま粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で冷やして完成!

Banana Caramel Cheesecake
Servings: 1 (18cm round cake pan)
INGREDIENTS
100g biscuits
40g butter (unsalted)
◆Banana caramel
1 banana
50ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon water
50g sugar
200g cream cheese
40g sugar
1 egg
150ml heavy cream
20g flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
1. Crush biscuits in a zipper bag with a rolling pin (or a spoon/a bottle). Add melted butter and combine. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
2. Line a cake pan with a parchment paper. Press crushed biscuits down into the bottom of the pan.
3. For banana caramel: Cut the banana into 5mm slices. Heat water and sugar in a pot over medium heat. When browned, turn off the heat. Add banana slices and heavy cream into the pot.
4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, lemon juice, and heavy cream in a blender until smooth.
5. Add banana caramel (3) and mix just combined.
6. Transfer the batter (5) into the cake pan (2). Bake in the oven (preheat to 170°C) for 40 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate before serving.
7. Enjoy!

Resepi Roti Jala Ros & Kari Ayam
Bahan-bahan (Roti Jala)
1 cwn tepung gandum
1 sk garam
1 biji telur
1/2 cwn air
1/2 cwn susu segar
1 sk pewarna merah jambu
1 sk pewarna hijau
Bahan-bahan (Kari Ayam)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
500 gm isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
1/2 cwn minyak masak
200 ml santan
1/2 cwn air (ikut kepekatan kuah)
1/2 sb garam
1/4 cwn air limau nipis
8 sb rempah kari daging
2 sb serbuk cili
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar
4 biji bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk ditumis
2 tangkai daun kari
2 batang kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 buah pelaga
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
Nota: Bancuh rempah kari terdahulu sebelum masak untuk mendapatkan kepekatan kuah kari sekata.
Cara memasak (Roti Jala)
1. Masukkan tepung gandum, telur, air, susu dan garam ke dalam pengisar.
2. Kisar bahan-bahan sehingga halus.
3. Bahagikan adunan tersebut ke dalam dua mangkuk.
4. Warnakan setiap satu adunan dengan pewarna merah jambu dan hijau. Masukkan adunan merah jambu ke dalam botol picit dan adunan hijau ke dalam piping bag.
5. Panaskan non-stick pan dengan api perlahan. Picit adunan merah membentuk garisan melintang. Kemudian, lakarkan garisan berombak. Titiskan tiga titis adunan hijau di bahagian atas garisan berombak membentuk daun.
6. Biarkan selama 1-2 minit atau sehingga adunan masak.
7. Angkat dan gulung menjadi bentuk bunga ros.
Cara memasak (Kari Ayam)
1. Bancuh rempah kari dan serbuk cili dengan sedikit air untuk dijadikan pes.
2. Kisarkan bawang putih, bawang merah dan halia bersama air sehingga lumat.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan daun kari, kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan bawang merah sehingga naik bau.
4. Masukkan bahan kisar dan kacau seketika sehingga kekuningan.
5. Masukkan pes kari. Teruskan menumis hingga pecah minyak (tambahkan air jika terlalu kering untuk elak daripada jadi hangit).
6. Masukkan ayam dan kentang.
7. Kacau seketika selama 2-3 minit dan tambahkan air limau nipis. Masak sehingga ubi kentang dan ayam menjadi empuk.
8. Tambahkan santan dan perasakan dengan garam. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

Rose Net Crepes & Chicken Curry
Ingredients (Net Crepes)
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1 nos egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 tsp of pink food coloring
1 tsp of green food coloring
Ingredients (Chicken Curry)
1 potato (diced)
500 gm chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 cup of water (according to the gravy consistency)
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/4 cup of key lime juice
8 tbsp of meat curry powder
2 tbsp of chili powder
bit of water
Ingredients for grinding
4 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
bit of water
Ingredients for saute
2 stalks of curry leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
3 cardamoms
1 onion (sliced)
Note: Make the curry powder paste first before cooking to get an even curry gravy consistency.
Cooking methods (Net Crepes)
1. Put all-purpose flour, egg, water, milk and salt in a blender.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth in texture.
3. Divide the batter into two bowls.
4. Color each batter with pink and green food coloring. Pour pink batter into a squeeze bottle and green batter into a piping bag.
5. Heat non-stick pan to low heat. Squeeze pink batter forming horizontal line. Then, draw wavy line. Drop three dots of green batter at the top of wavy line to forming leaves.
6. Let it be for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
7. Remove and roll to rose shape.
Cooking methods (Chicken Curry)
1. Mix curry powder and chili powder with bit of water to make a paste.
2. Grind garlic, onion, and ginger with water until smooth.
3. Heat the oil, saute curry leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, star anise and onion until fragrant.
4. Add in grinded ingredients and stir for a while until golden.
5. Add in curry paste. Continue sauteing until the oil separates (add water if it is too dry to avoid burnt).
6. Add in chicken pieces and potatoes.
7. Stir for about 2-3 minutes and add in key lime juice. Cook until potatoes and chicken are tender.
8. Add in coconut milk and season with salt. Bring to a boil and it is ready to be served.

Bahan Adunan Hijau A
1 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn santan
1/2 cwn gula
1 biji telur
Bahan Adunan Hijau B
4 helai daun pandan
1/2 cwn air
1/2 cwn air pandan
1/2 cwn santan
2 sb tepung jagung
1 sk pewarna hijau
Bahan Adunan Putih
2 cwn santan
2 sb tepung gandum
1 sk garam
1 sk gula
Cara memasak
1. Untuk adunan hijau A, kisarkan tepung gandum, santan, telur dan gula menggunakan pengisar. Biarkan seketika.
2. Untuk adunan hijau B pula, kisarkan daun pandan bersama air dan tapiskannya.
3. Panaskan santan bersama air pandan di dalam periuk.
4. Masukkan tepung jagung dan gaulkan seketika.
5. Tambahkan pewarna hijau dan gaulkan sehingga adunan menjadi likat.
6. Masukkan adunan hijau B ke dalam pengisar dan kisarkan bersama adunan hijau A sehingga sebati.
7. Tapis adunan dan tuangkannya ke dalam botol picit.
8. Untuk adunan putih pula, panaskan santan di dalam periuk seketika.
9. Masukkan tepung gandum dan gaulkannya.
10. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula, gaulkannya sehingga adunan menjadi sedikit pekat.
11. Tapis adunan dan tuangkannya ke dalam botol picit.
12. Sapukan minyak pada bekas acuan lompang.
13. Picit adunan hijau ke dalam acuan, kemudian sedikit adunan putih di bahagian tengah.
14. Kukus kuih nona manis selama 20 minit.
15. Biarkan sejuk seketika sebelum keluarkannya dari acuan.
16. Setelah selesai, kuih nona manis siap untuk dinikmati.

1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
Cooking methods
1. For green mixture ingredients A, blend all-purpose flour, coconut milk, egg and sugar using blender.
2. For green mixture ingredients B, blend pandan leaves with water and sieve afterward.
3. Heat coconut milk with pandan juice inside a pot.
4. Add corn starch and mix for a while.
5. Add green food coloring and stir until the mixture thicken.
6. Add in green mixture B into blender and blend well both mixture.
7. Sieve the mixture and pour into a squeeze bottle.
8. For white mixture ingredients, heat coconut milk inside a pot for a while.
9. Add all-purpose flour and mix them.
10. Season with salt and sugar, mix until the mixture thicken.
11. Sieve the mixture and pour into a squeeze bottle.
12. Grease cooking oil onto lompang mold.
13. Squeeze green mixture into mold followed by a bit of white mixture in the middle.
14. Steam nona manis for 20 minutes.
15. Let it cools to room temperature before unmold it.
16. Once it is done, nona manis is ready to be enjoyed.
