a lot of times when things dont go our way, we blame everything and everyone else around us with the victim mindset. but sometimes we forget that most of our life is our decisions. even a pair of twins with growing up with the same background, genes, and looks, can end up leading very different lives. because they decide who they want to be, how they want to live their lives. to start making the changes we want to see in our lives we have to start taking accountability to every decision we make. make the decision to start waking up earlier, exercising, eating healthier, getting organised. decide how you speak to your parents, your spouse, and most importantly yourself. certain things are out of our control, but keep blaming them is not getting us anywhere. its time to take back control
