Resepi Kek Red Velvet Manis Berlemak
Bahan-bahan (Kek)
2 cwn tepung gandum
2 sb serbuk koko
1 sb soda bikarbonat
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 cwn minyak jagung
1 cwn gula
2 biji telur
1 sb pewarna merah
1 sb esen vanila
1/2 cwn air panas
1 sb cuka makan
1 cwn buttermilk (1 cwn susu+2 sb cuka)
Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)
200 gm krim keju
1/2 gula
250 gm mentega
Cara memasak (Kek)
1. Pukul minyak jagung, gula, dan telur menggunakan mesin pengadun sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan pewarna merah dan esen vanila. Pukul seketika.
3. Masukkan buttermilk dan kacau seketika.
4. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat, serbuk penaik dan serbuk koko. Gaul sebati.
5. Tuangkan air panas dan cuka makan ke dalam adunan. Kacau adunan sehingga sebati.
6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan bakar selama 35-40 minit pada suhu 170°c.

1. Beat corn oil, sugar, and eggs using a mixer until well combined.
2. Add in red coloring and essence vanilla. Beat well.
3. Add in buttermilk and stir for while.
4. Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix all well.
5. Pour in hot water and vinegar into the batter. Stir the batter to combine.
6. Pour the batter into the cake tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°c
Cooking methods (Cream Cheese Frosting)
1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Put into pipping beg. Set aside.
Preparation
1. Slice cake into three layers and keep left-over cake for decoration.
