- KB SIngle Arm Reverse Lunge
>> load one side with weight & perform a reverse lunge
- Squat with KB Halo
>> Stay in squat position all time whilst performing a halo (drawing a circle ⭕️ around your head)
- KB Upright Row
>> Stand straight feet hip width, pull the weight upwards with your elbows flaring/pointing sideways
- Squat with KB Figure 8
>> Stay in squat position all the time while threading the weight through your legs drawing a figure 8
- KB Russian Twist
>> Sit down, body slight leaning back, leg down on floor for beginners, legs up for more advanced.
>> hold the weight & turn your shoulders left & right performing a Russian twist
