I've been trying to do some workouts with the girls at home even though it can be trying on most days when I have a clingy toddler on me. We do stretching exercises, we dance together, we find a routine we like on YouTube and follow it as best as we can.
This hand-held massage stick is a welcome addition because we can now massage each other while working out (though I personally prefer to lie down and ask one of them to hit me with it, haha).
For those who are keen in family sports and fitness activities, Sports Hub Community Play Day takes place this Saturday, 2 Dec from 9am to 7pm at OCBC Square (outside Stadium MRT). There will be a series of fun family activities for the whole family, including an unique 3-generation massage workout (participants can receive a free massage stick, while stocks last!), workouts like Zumba and Salsation at the G-Motion Fitness Marathon by #Giordano, kid-friendly activities like yoga for children, face painting, movie screening and crafts, as well as free health checkups and talks.
Let's hope we can all keep up with an active, healthy lifestyle, no matter how challenging it can be once we have kids!

Hi guys. Welcome back to my channel.
Today’s video is all about fitness and working out except you’re not doing it all alone but with the most fun partner you could ask for - your child. Yes. You heard me right !!
It’s very important for us to engage our kids is physical activity of some sort to help them develop and be strong not just physically but mentally as well.
I’ve made a list of 5 easy workouts that can you do with your baby and start as early as you want, Nia has been doing it with me even before she turned 3.
Here are the exercises we did :
1. Burpees - it’s fun & involves whole body.
2. Lunges - to strengthen legs
3. Squats - lower body and abdomen
4. Side Lunges - modification of lunges
5. Jumping jacks - easy & super fun
