Tiramisu trifle in verrine style, with Lady Finger biscuits. Nice Mascarpone cheese taste and although I prefer a healthy dose of Marsala wine (not a big fan of Kahlua or Rum in the recipe, in fact I have my own Italian secret weapon in this regard but I won't divulge online since it's my own IP), this remains kids friendly. Good espresso base too but overall, I think this can offer an option of more Marsala. Why not? They already offer a Beef Tartare here which is also Customer adjustable tuned too 🤔 7.9/10

Ingredients
A. Custard cream
6 gram gelatin (3 sheets)
4 egg yolks (72 - 80 gram)
100 gram sugar (granulated or icing)
35 gram corn starch
400 ml milk
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
200 gram cold whipping (32 - 38% fat)
B. Others
18 lady finger cookies (Savoiardi biscuit)
100 ml milk
600 - 700 gram strawberries
4 gram gelatin (2 sheets)
150 ml cold whipping cream 32 – 38% fat
20 gram sugar (granulated or icing)
* You can replace lady finger biscuits with a sponge cake as you prefer
* The recipe requires a spring-form pan, heart shaped or round with 20 - 22 cm in diameter.
