1️⃣ Stand hip width apart, hold a pair of dumbbells with palms facing each other
2️⃣ Raise your elbows up to shoulder height. Pause, then lower the weights to starting position

Hope everyone’s still on track for their 2017 New Year’s resolutions!! Just a quick word about 💥SHOULDER TRAINING💥 I usually start off my workouts with about 5-8 sets of a heavy pressing movement then the rest of the workout will just be different variations of side laterals. I prefer to focus more on the side lateral movements because: ✅ Better mind-muscle connection with the delts. ✅ Less vulnerable to your arms tiring out and having to compensate with bad form. ✅ You can effectively pump more blood into the muscle. ✅ You can hit all 3 heads of the deltoid with varying motions.
