接近中午時分，我上市場採買，攤商交頭接耳，阿姨叔叔滿臉愁容，耳邊不時飄入關鍵字「青筍筍」「大跌」「慘綠」，是這樣呀，今日全台一起見證台股狂瀉1400點的歷史紀錄，成交再創量，終場收盤下跌680點，保住萬五，加上本土疫情擴散的恐慌性預期心理蔓延，總覺得全城人心浮動；

防疫行動不停歇，我們守住一年多，接下來就是全民 #抗疫 時刻，提高警覺，戴口罩、勤洗手，共同面對許多不便和妥協，疫情新常態一年多，我們爭取到對病毒的了解，以及優先族群施打疫苗，保持冷靜，共同面對；

還記得上回接受 ELLE Taiwan 雜誌 #ELLE好聊癒 專訪，談起我讓自己平心靜氣的方式，「瑜珈課」一直是我的情緒出口，短暫放下手機訊息的工作狀態，徹底讓自己專注在呼吸和覺察，放下緊繃並且感受肌肉筋膜的力量，持續練習感受當下的狀態，這是我在 #心靈覺醒 的時代，給自己的一項功課！

最近看到 @yannnleee7 有关孩子三分钟热度的 po 文，我也有类似的情况，不过不是嗜好，而是学习中文！！

掌握好语文，不论在哪个年代都非常重要，家中只有我会中文，日常沟通难以敌众，孩子三岁多才真正接触中文，简单的听写和生字，倒不是问题。一天如常练习书写，哥哥却有点“意见” … ”Mommy, can we just speak English? Chinese is so difficult!

Knowing a variety of languages will always be an invaluable advantage and it’s always easier when introduced from an early age.

Even though I’m proficient in Chinese, my boys only started learning the language after they turned three. They are now able to understand, read and write simple words. However big brother just refuses to communicate in it. His complaint: “Mommy, can we just speak English? Chinese is so difficult!”
