係蘇格蘭嘅第一日，入住蘇格蘭當地最豪華嘅resort Cameron House, 去威士忌蒸餾廠前充下電！記得要試室內游泳池，有大人都玩得嘅滑梯！我玩咗好多次！ Haha! 晚上去Boat House 餐廳跟Bunnahabhain 品牌大使Angus 吃威士忌晚宴，試咗5款威士忌，包括3款Bunnahabhain (12,18及25年）同係香港未飲過嘅Deanston12年及Ledaig10年，我全晚最喜歡嘅係Bunnahabhain 25年，因為佢好多層次，係Islay威士忌中屬冇泥煤味嘅類別，有d醬油、蜜糖、咖啡、黑朱古力、提子乾、雪茄等，非常圓潤而餘韻很長。
1st day in Scotland! Stay at Cameron House, one of the most luxurious & relaxing resorts with heritage in Scotland, where u can recharge a bit after d long flight. Remember to go to d indoor pool to try d water slide! I played it many times & it's fun! Haha! I went to Boat House restaurant for whisky dinner with Bunnahabhain brand ambassador Angus to try out 5 whiskies, including 12, 18 & 25 yo Bunnahabhain (unpeated whisky from Islay), Deanston 12yo & Ledaig 10yo (not in HK yet). I like Bunnahabhain 25yo d most, w honey, coffee, dark chocolate, dried raisin, soy sauce & cigar notes. It's v rounded & w long length.
