整個好萊塢仍在 Amazon 打算花90億美元併購 MGM 的震驚情緒中。MGM求售不是一天兩天的事（雖然最大股東一直堅稱自己沒有要賣而只是詢價問問而已），許多片廠都估算過價錢。加上最近 WarnerMedia 和 Discovery 合併的消息讓併購熱再起，讓 MGM 成為熱門標的。然而沒有人認為 MGM 值90億美元。多數人的估價大約是50到60億美元之譜。MGM 這家歷史悠久的片廠最重要的資產是片庫，但這些片庫早從 DVD 大爆炸以來就曝光過度，很難說還值多少錢。龐德電影當然是一塊肥肉，但也是 MGM 求售的最大變數。龐德電影製片 Albert Broccoli 的女兒 Barbara Broccoli 和養子 Michael G. 曾經是世界最大連鎖電影院品牌 AMC 背後最大股東的中國萬達集團傳出在過去一週出清手上幾乎所有的 AMC 股份。在脫手市值約 4.2億美元的股票後，萬達在 AMC 的佔股將驟降為 0.002%。2012年萬達以26億美元入主 AMC，成為中國民營企業歷來最大手筆的海外併購，並引發其他中國企業的海外併購潮。歷經萬達創辦人王健林從中國首富的位置摔下來，加上過去一年的疫情導致電影院產業瞬間凍結之後，萬達就陸續在賣出 AMC 股份。另一家被萬達入主的好萊塢企業 Legendary Entertainment 早先也被彭博新聞報導說正在尋求買主的可能性。Legendary 剛剛因為《Godzilla vs Kong 哥吉拉大戰金剛》創下疫情以來最好的票房成績，後續也還有《Dune 沙丘》等著上映。知情人士表示 Legendary 營運良好且現金充足，因此萬達正在討論其他財務上的可能性，比如公開上市。

許多社群平台提供便利的嵌入功能，讓任何用戶都可以在自己的頁面嵌入其他人的公開發文。然而許多人並不同意這種做法的合法性，並多次試圖在法院主張未經同意的嵌入構成侵權。2017年一名攝影師曾向法院控告媒體在報導中嵌入 Twitter上流傳的自己作品，一二審雙方更有輸贏，最後以和解收場。接下來2018年另一名攝影師也控告網路媒體嵌入自己上傳到 Instagram 的照片，同樣一二審各有輸贏，目前訴訟仍未定讞。這週三終於有兩名 Instagram 用戶正式直球對決 Instagram，向法院指名控告 Instagram 把千萬用戶的照片用來免費給別人嵌入，事實上這個做法為經營者 Facebook 帶來的是更多流量和更高的收益，形同利用用戶的作品在營利。而且 Instagram 誤導用戶，讓他們以為不必取得原作者授權就可以任意嵌入這些有著作權的作品。更令他們憤恨不平的是作品被嵌入的原作者完全無法追蹤自己的照片被誰嵌入到哪裡，而實際上 Instagram 卻完全掌握這些數據。

横浜市日ノ出町の家系ラーメンといえば…！神奈川県横浜市中区日ノ出町『たかさご家本店』にお邪魔しました。京急本線「日ノ出町駅」から1分ほどにあり、緑の看板に大きく「とんこつラーメン」とあるのですぐ分かります。家系ラーメンの歴史の上でも名前がよく出るお店で、詳しいことは他に譲りますが、こちらで修行された方々がさらに分かれて有名な家系ラーメン店を出されています。普段は夜中まで営業されているので、深夜にふと食べたくなった時にもつい寄れてしまうのも嬉しいですね。それでは早速ご覧ください！

Speaking of Iekei Ramen in Hinode-cho, Yokohama City ...! We visited "Takasagoya Main Store" in Hinode-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa! It's about 1 minute from "Hinodecho Station" on the Keikyu Main Line, and you can easily find it because the green sign says "Tonkotsu Ramen"! It is a shop whose name often appears in the history of Iekei Ramen, and I will leave the details to others, but the people who trained here are further divided into famous Iekei Ramen shops.
