九月壽星的我，安排到Napa Valley吃美食半日遊，想再訪RH Yountville Restaurant，但顯然提早兩週預訂是不夠的，popular的程度應該至少一個月前，只能緊急爬文，後來選了沒試過但風評也很推薦的Lucy Restaurant & Bar

Lucy是精品酒店Bardessono的餐廳，它們有自家農場提供有機蔬菜，farm-to-table 農場產地直送，新鮮採摘的時令菜餚是來自Napa Valley的健康選擇。

其中的LUCY BURGER 和
STEAK Seared Prime NY Strip得到我們一致認同，漢堡最厲害的就是那塊Panorama Organic Grass-Fed Beef ，鮮嫩多汁再加上酪梨的濃郁口感，垂涎欲滴津津有味！五分熟的紐約克牛排熟度剛好，肉質滑嫩香醇，肥實而不膩口，我想肉質優秀是因為源於純天然草飼，當然原生態。小朋友們則對LEMON RICOTTA PANCAKES讚不絕口，現煎鬆餅佐當地自制莓果果醬、檸檬霜奶油和Maple Syrup，令人食指大動回味無窮啊❤️

餐後散步到附近的Bouchon Bakery買些馬卡龍和檸檬塔，Napa的美景、美酒和美食令人留戀而忘返啊～

🇬🇧Ricotta & Lemon Tart served with Roasted Red Grape - so overpriced considering this tastes nothing. If I don’t read the menu, I don’t really know if this is also a lemon tart (correct me if it’s actually not!!). These are also just fresh grapes not roasted one as per written in the menu. Overall sounds so easy to make huh? Don’t get me wrong it doesn’t taste bad but just that i don’t think it deserves 320 THB!! @sugarcraver

🇹🇭 ริคอตต้าและเลม่อนทาร์ตเสิร์ฟพร้อมองุ่น(ย่าง) - เมนูบอกไว้แบบนี้ แต่เอาเข้าจริงเราว่าขายเกินราคาไปป้าวว เพราะทาร์ตทั่วไปมาก ไม่ได้ว้าว และถ้าบอกว่ามีเลมอนด้วยก็จะตกใจมาก เพราะมันไม่มีความเลมอนเลย องุ่นสดนี่จริงๆเราชอบ แต่เมนูไม้ได้บอกว่าจะสดแบบนี้อ่ะ ง่ายเกิ๊น55555 ไม่คุ้มราคา 320 บาทจ้า

Hôm nay mình sẽ giới thiệu tới mọi người thêm một công thức pancake nữa, lần này chúng mình sẽ cùng làm Pancake Chanh phomai Ricotta ;) Bánh rất thơm, xốp, có vị thanh của chanh, ăn cùng với hoa quả siêu ngon luôn ạ, mọi người cùng thử làm nhé :D

How to Make Ricotta Cheese Pancakes from Scratch!　I wasn't able to go to the restaurant so I tried making it myself. These
are fluffy and perfect for breakfast!
お家カフェシリーズ♪　今回はチーズから作る 「リコッタチーズのパンケーキ」です＾＾　メレンゲでふんわりシュワっと軽い口当たり！程よい酸味がフルーツと相性◎。　ベリー系のジャムを添えても美味しいと思います♪　チーズを作る時にあまったホエーも栄養があるので捨てずに利用してくださいね♪　☆材料詳細↓
Ricotta cheese ingredients (makes 100g)
・250ml milk
・50ml whipping cream
・1tbsp lemon juice
・1 pinch salt
Pancake ingredients (for one)
・80～100g ricotta cheese
・50g flour
・50cc milk
・1 large egg
・3g baking powder
・Butter

　リコッタチーズ材料(約100g分)
・牛乳　250cc
・生クリーム　50cc
・レモン果汁　大さじ１
・塩　ひとつまみ

パンケーキ材料（1人分）
・リコッタチーズ　約80～100g
・薄力粉　50g
・牛乳　　50cc
・卵（Lサイズ）　１個
・ベーキングパウダー　3g
・バター　適量
