Rafael Fiziev 🇰🇬 and Fabricio Andrade 🇧🇷 drill takedowns together in the afternoon MMA session here at Tiger Muay Thai, as they both stay ready to fight again. Rafael is fresh off of a big win over Marc Diakiese at UFC Fight Island in August, while Fabricio just won his ONE Championship debut 6 weeks ago in Bangkok.
Our MMA classes are held every Monday-Friday at 3pm, and go over all the aspects of MMA: stand up striking, grappling, takedowns, groundwork and submissions. Come and join us to train alongside our team including people of all levels, from complete beginners to pro fighters!

1）大部份的商店、餐廳、百貨公司等店家暫時關閉，一般生活超市開放、食物限外帶。建議 #22日起到4月12日止，一般人盡量減少外出。但是所有的相關規定以地方政府最高單位頒布的規定為準。（非國家統一強制規定）
2）民航局規定22日起進入泰國，登機前所有乘客必須檢附72小時內的新冠肺炎醫院檢查報告證明，以及10萬美元保險（保險必須涵蓋新冠肺炎醫療保險欄目）證明，才可登機。
3）關於泰國新冠肺炎的相關訊息和發展，可以直接前往泰國觀光客新聞官網TAT Newsroom (https://www.tatnews.org/). 在泰國也可以直接手機打 1672 Thailand’s tourism, contact the TAT Contact Centre， 或是 1155 觀光警察專線 Tourist Police.

由於目前新冠疫情形勢嚴峻，可能會造成大規模傳播。 3月21日上午，經過會議討論過後公告如下
按照2015年傳染病法案，下令增加關閉營業場所22天，從3月22日-4月12日開始執行。
包括:
1. 餐廳 (只開放 take away 服務，飯店餐廳只開放給飯店房客）
2. 百貨公司 （超市、藥店跟日用品店除外，餐廳只提供 take away 服務）
3. 便利商店用餐區
4. 各類市場 （除了新鮮食品、乾製食品、即食餐、寵物飼料、藥品、日常用品）
5. 美容院、理髮廳
6. 刺青店
7. 溜冰場
8. 遊樂園、保齡球場、遊戲機中心
9. 遊戲廳、網吧
10. 高爾夫球場、練習場
11. 游泳池或類似活動中心
12. 鬥雞場、鬥雞訓練場
13. 佛像、佛具店
14. 展示中心、展覽中心、會議廳
15. 所有教育機構、學校、補習班

The venues to be closed from Sunday, 22 March to Sunday, 12 April, 2020, are:

Eat-in corners at convenience stores.
Markets and weekend markets (except sales of fresh and dried food and cooked meals for takeaway, animal feed, pharmacies and other necessary items).
Beauty salons and barber shops.
Tattoo service shops.
Skate and rollerblade venues or other similar services.
Amusement parks and bowling lanes.
Gaming and Internet shops.
Golf courses and golf driving ranges.
Swimming pools and similar service venues.
Fighting cock venues.
Buddha amulet sales stalls.
Exhibition and convention centres.
Educational institutions at all levels including tuition schools.
Weight-control services and cosmetic clinics.
Health spas, massage shops and beauty treatment shops.
Animal spas, animal care centres and clinics.

Saunas and herbal treatment centres.

Service venues and entertainment places.

Those who violate the closure order are liable to a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to 100,000 Baht.

International concerns over the sustainability and welfare of sharks have impacted consumption and availability of the soup.
