รวมถึงฟันบิ่นซี่ข้างๆ ฟันกระต่าย หักหายไปสี่สิบห้าองศา เกือบครึ่งซี่ ตอนนั้นล้มลงไปกัดพื้นซีเมนต์ ร้องไห้จ้าละหวั่น เจ็บ ตกใจ และเสียดาย

ช่วงที่ล้มใหม่ๆ แม้ความเจ็บจะหายไปแล้ว แต่ความเสียดายยังคงอยู่เป็นเดือน ทุกครั้งที่ส่องกระจกก็อดไม่ได้ที่จะอ้าปากมองฟันที่หายไป ในใจคิดอยากให้มันกลับไปสมบูรณ์อีกครั้ง

แต่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป ฟันที่หายไปกลับกลายเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา เวลาเห็นมันในภาพถ่ายตอนยิงฟันยังแแอบคิดว่ามันมีเสน่ห์ไปอีกแบบ ฟันหักไปสี่สิบห้าองศาไม่ใช่สิ่งที่จะมีได้ทุกคน ไม่ซนจนไปงับพื้นซีเมนต์คงยากที่จะมีได้

ระหว่างที่หมอใช้อุปกรณ์เสียงน่ากลัวต่างๆ งัด แซะ ปั่น กรอ ถู ไถ ใจก็คิดไปถึงแผลเป็นต่างๆ ตามร่างกาย รอยแผลใหญ่ที่ข้อศอก รอยเย็บที่คาง รอยเย็บที่หน้าผาก รอยเย็บที่หัวใจ เอ่อ...อันนี้มองไม่เห็น
