泰式肉碎冬粉 ｜ᴸᵃᵃᵇ ᵂᵒᵒⁿˢᵉⁿ ลาบวุ้นเส้น

食材 ： 100g冬粉，300g 肉碎，5-6顆小紅蔥，青蔥，香菜，薄荷葉


*自己在醬上有稍微做些調整～*
╮(︶▽︶)╭


醬 ：1/2湯匙的米，7-8粒酸柑，3-4湯匙的魚露，1-3條泰國辣椒🌶️

做法：
1.把米烘至少許金黃色，然後磨碎🥲
2.把冬粉燙熟
（marion‘s的做法是泡軟，但是我覺得燙一燙更彈滑🥶）
3.熱鍋加少許的油，把肉碎炒熟
（我有在肉碎加一點醬油和胡椒粉）
4.趁冬粉和肉碎還熱時加入小紅蔥，攪拌
5.然後再撒上米碎和醬料攪拌均勻即可



p/s：這次的辣椒真的是有夠辣的！我和孔先生吃完後嘴巴都變臘腸了

🌶 Marion’s Ultimate Thai Pepper Steak Sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 Thai chili peppers - chopped into smaller pieces
- 3 garlic cloves - chopped into smaller pieces
- 1 peeled ginger (about 1 inch) - chopped into smaller pieces
- 1/4 tsp whole peppercorns
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1.5 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- green onion (about 1/2) - thinly chopped
- cilantro (about 4) - chopped

Steps:
————————————
1. Combine chili peppers, garlic, ginger and peppercorns in a mortar. Pound everything together until it turns into a paste.
2. In a measuring cup, combine salt, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well.
3. Add the paste from the mortar to the liquid mixture in the measuring cup.
4. Add green onions and cilantro. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
